नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: हाल ही में, 22 जुलाई को राष्ट्रीय ध्वज दिवस 2022 के अवसर पर, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने एक स्वतंत्र भारत के लिए एक ध्वज की कल्पना करने वाले लोगों की असाधारण बहादुरी और वीरता को याद किया। उन्होंने भारतीय राष्ट्रीय ध्वज के महत्व पर जोर दिया और आम जनता से सरकार की ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ पहल को मजबूत करने की अपील की।
रविवार को एक बार फिर मासिक रेडियो कार्यक्रम ‘मन की बात’ के 91वें संस्करण के दौरान, प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने सुझाव दिया कि लोग ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियान के तहत 2 से 15 अगस्त के बीच अपने सोशल मीडिया प्रोफाइल चित्रों में तिरंगा लगा सकते हैं। भारत की आजादी के 75वें वर्ष का जश्न मनाएं।

एक तरफ पीएम का यह कदम और उक्त पहल का पूरा मकसद नेटिज़न्स में देशभक्ति को उभारना है, दूसरी तरफ आलोचक यह सुझाव दे रहे हैं कि अगर पीएम को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय ध्वज का महत्व पता है तो केंद्रीय सरकार ने ये संशोधन किए हैं जो पारंपरिक हस्तपुन और हाथ से बुनी खादी के अलावा पॉलिएस्टर और अन्य मशीन से बने कपड़े से तिरंगा बनाने की अनुमति देता है।
खादी और तिरंगे का जुड़ाव भारतीय राष्ट्रीय आंदोलन के संघर्ष और भारत के स्वतंत्रता के पूरे इतिहास पर प्रकाश डालता है।
खादी के समर्थकों को डर है कि ध्वज संहिता के तहत किए गए संशोधन खादी के भारतीय ध्वज के साथ घनिष्ठ संबंध को अलग कर सकते हैं।
भारतीय ध्वज संहिता 2002 के तहत किए गए संशोधन
भारतीय ध्वज संहिता 2002, पहले केवल ‘हाथ काता और बुने हुए ऊन या सूती रेशम खादी बंटिंग’ द्वारा बनाए गए झंडों की अनुमति थी, जबकि 2019 में मशीन से बने झंडों को आयात करने पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया था।
दिसंबर 2021 के संशोधनों के अनुसार, झंडे हाथ से काते, हाथ से बुने हुए या मशीन से बने कपास, पॉलिएस्टर/ऊन/रेशम/खादी बंटिंग से बने होंगे।
एक और बड़ा बदलाव, कोड अब लोगों को दिन और रात दोनों समय भारतीय राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराने की अनुमति देता है।
“भारत के ध्वज संहिता को 20 जुलाई 2022 को एक आदेश के माध्यम से अतिरिक्त रूप से संशोधित किया गया है। भारत के ध्वज संहिता, 2022 के भाग- II के पैराग्राफ 2.2 के खंड (xi) को अब निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा- (xi)- जहां झंडा खुले में या जनता के घर में प्रदर्शित किया गया है, इसे दिन-रात फहराया जा सकता है, ”आधिकारिक दस्तावेज में कहा गया है।
इससे पहले, मौसम की स्थिति के बावजूद, झंडे सूर्योदय से सूर्यास्त तक ही फहराए जाते थे।
परिवर्तन ‘आज़ादी का अमृत महोत्सव’ के उत्सव को मनाने के लिए किए गए हैं, जिसके तहत ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ आंदोलन शुरू किया गया था।

क्या है ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियान
