चक्रवात ‘यास’ से हुए नुकसान पर बैठक: चक्रवात से हुए नुकसान की समीक्षा के लिए मोदी-ममता की बैठक में शामिल होंगे राज्यपाल जगदीप धनखड़
श्चिम बंगाल के राज्यपाल जगदीप धनखड़ चक्रवात ‘यास’ से हुए नुकसान की समीक्षा करने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी और मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी के बीच होने वाली बैठक में शामिल होंगे। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि यह बैठक शुक्रवार की दोपहर को पश्चिम मेदिनीपुर जिले में कलाईकुंडा में होनी है।
एसएस न्यूज.नई दिल्ली। पश्चिम बंगाल के राज्यपाल जगदीप धनखड़ चक्रवात ‘यास’ से हुए नुकसान की समीक्षा करने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी और मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी के बीच होने वाली बैठक में शामिल होंगे। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि यह बैठक शुक्रवार की दोपहर को पश्चिम मेदिनीपुर जिले में कलाईकुंडा में होनी है। इससे पहले मोदी प्रभावित इलाकों का विमान से जायजा लेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि धनखड़ कलाईकुंडा वायु सेना अड्डे पर प्रधानमंत्री की अगवानी करेंगे।
राज्यपाल ने ट्वीट किया, ‘‘पश्चिम बंगाल के राज्यपाल जगदीप धनखड़ 28 मई को कलाईकुंडा वायु सेना अड्डे पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अगवानी करेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री जान और माल को हुए नुकसान का आकलन करने के लिए पश्चिम बंगाल में चक्रवात यास से प्रभावित इलाकों का दौरा करेंगे। राज्यपाल धनखड़ राज्य सरकार के साथ प्रधानमंत्री की समीक्षा बैठक में शामिल होंगे।’’

बनर्जी का भी प्रभावित इलाकों का हवाई सर्वेक्षण करने का कार्यक्रम है। मुख्यमंत्री ने चक्रवात यास के कारण पश्चिम बंगाल को 15,000 करोड़ रुपये का नुकसान होने की बात कही है। उन्होंने 1,000 करोड़ रुपये के राहत पैकेज की घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि उनकी सरकार प्रभावित लोगों के लिए ‘दुआरे त्राण’ (घर पर राहत) कार्यक्रम चलाएगी। उन्होंने वित्त विभाग को पिछले साल मई में चक्रवात अम्फान के बाद बनाए कई तटबंधों, पुलों और सड़कों को हुए नुकसान की जांच के भी आदेश दिए हैं।
