गन्नौर खंड में महिलाओं को 14 पंचायतों की कमान मिलेगी और अजा के लिए 4 सीटें आरक्षित

पंचायती चुनाव के तहत सोमवार को बीडीपीओ कार्यालय गन्नौर के सभागार मे महिलाओं एवं अनुसूचित जाति के लिए सीटों का आरक्षण ड्रा प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से एसडीएम सुरेंद्रपाल की देखरेख में किया गया। गन्नौर की 53 ग्राम पंचायतों में से 11 ग्राम पंचायतों को अनुसूचित जाति के लिए आरक्षित किया गया है। इन 11 ग्राम पंचायतों में से चार ग्राम पंचायतें अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित की गई हैं। सामान्य वर्ग की महिलाओं के लिए भी 14 ग्राम पंचायतें आरक्षित, ग्राम पंचायत के चुनाव में 53 ग्राम पंचायतों में से 18 ग्राम पंचायतों पर महिलाओं की मिलेगी कमान। घसौली, बलीकुतुबपुर व दातौली का सरपंच पद पहली बार अनुसूचित जाति के लिए आरक्षित हुई है। एसडीएम सुरेंद्रपाल ने बताया कि सरपंच के लिए जनसंख्या के आधार पर ग्राम पंचायतों को आरक्षित किया गया है। बीडीपीओ जितेंद्र कुमार, एसईपीओ जयभगवान सहित सरपंच एवं पंच मौजूद थे।
सामान्य के लिए 28 पंचायतें
गन्नौर की 53 ग्राम पंचायतों में से कुल 28 पंचायत सामान्य रखी गई हैं। जिनमें पुरखास राठी, दुभेटा, माजरी, समसपुर, तेवड़ी, नयाबांस, पांची जाटान, रहमाना, पीरगढ़ी, बांय, बिलंदपुर, चिरस्मी, गढ़ी गुलामा, खुबडू, महमूदपुर माजरा, गुमड़, अटायल, बजाना खुर्द, बजाना कला, बड़ी, भाखरपुर, भावंर, खिजरपुर अहीर, पुगथला, राजलूगढ़ी, सैंयाखेड़ा, चटिया देवा व शेखपुरा शामिल हैं।
सामान्य वर्ग की महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित हुए गांव
ग्राम पंचायतों में महिलाओं को एक तिहाई आरक्षण दिया गया है। इसके अंतर्गत सामान्य वर्ग की महिलाओं के लिए 14 ग्राम पंचायतें आरक्षित की गई हैं, जिनमें जफरपुर, डबरपुर, पुरखास धीरान, खेड़ी तगा, सरढ़ाना, मोई, खेड़ी गुज्जर, भादी, पट्टी ब्राह्मणान, अगवानपुर, गढ़ी कला, शाहपुर तगा, भौरा रसूलपुर, लल्हेड़ी सम्मिलित हैं।
अनुसूचित जाति के लिए आरक्षित पंचायतें
दातौली, सिटावली, घसौली, आहुलाना, गढ़ी झंझारा, बली कुतुबपुर, टेहा अनुुसूचित जाति के लिए आरक्षित की गई हैं। इसके अलावा जिन चार पंचायतों में अनुसूचित जाति से संबंधित महिलाएं चुनाव में अपनी ताल ठाकेंगी उनमें भोगीपुर, बेगा, उदेशीपुर व कैलाना शामिल हैं।
पंचायत समिति में आरक्षित वार्डों पर एक नजर
पंचायत समिति गन्नौर के अंतर्गत आने वाले 29 वार्डों में से अनुसूचित जाति के लिए पांच वार्ड आरक्षित किये गये हैं, जिनमें वार्ड नंबर- 13, 17, 20, 23 व 27 वार्ड सम्मिलित है। इनमें से वार्ड नंबर-13 व 27 को अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित किया गया है। इसी प्रकार सामान्य वर्ग की महिलाओं के लिए कुल 8 वार्ड आरक्षित किये गए हैं, जिनमें वार्ड नंबर- 5, 9, 11, 14, 15, 21, 26 व 28 वार्ड शामिल हैं। जबकि वार्ड नंबर-24 को पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए आरक्षित किया गया है। जबकि 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 19, 22, 25 व 29 वार्ड सामान्य रखे गए हैं।
पंचों के 558 वार्डों में से 96 वार्ड अनुुसूचित जाति के लिए
गन्नौर में पंचों के चुनाव के लिए कुल 558 वार्ड हैं, जिनमें से 261 सामान्य रखे गए हैं। इनमें से 96 वार्ड अनुसूचित जाति के लिए आरक्षित किये गये हैं जिनमें से 52 वार्ड अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित किये गये हैं। साथ ही पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए कुल 51 वार्ड आरक्षित किये गये हैं। इसके अलावा सामान्य वर्ग की महिलाओं के लिए कुल 150 वार्ड आरक्षित किये गये हैं।
