हमे जो जानकारी मिली है कि देर रात विजय वल्लभ अस्पताल में आग लग गई, जिससे मरीजों और मेडिकल स्टाफ के बीच हंगामा मच गया।अस्पताल के CEO दिलीप शाह ने बताया कि घटना के वक्त अस्पताल में लगभग 90 मरीज भर्ती थे।
कोरोना का कहर: सर गंगाराम अस्पताल में 25 सबसे बीमार मरीजों की मौत’,ऑक्सीजन को लेकर इमरजेंसी संदेश
इस घटना के एक चश्मदीद गवाह अविनाश पाटिल ने बताया कि ‘मुझे रात तीन बजे के आसपास एक दोस्त की फ़ोन आया। उसकी सास इस अस्पताल में भर्ती थीं। जब मैं यहां पहुंचा तो अस्पताल के बाहर दमकल की गाड़ियां खड़ी थीं। दूसरे फ्लोर पर स्थित ICU पूरा धुएं में घुटा दिख रहा था। वहां बस दो नर्सें थीं, कोई डॉक्टर हमे नहीं दिखा। दमकल कर्मचारियों को आग बुझाने में कम से कम आधा घंटा लगा। हमें वहां कुछ 8-10 लोगों के शव दिखे थे।
लेकिन अस्पताल के CEO दिलीप शाह ने इन दावों को खारिज किया है कि उस वक्त अस्पताल में कोई डॉक्टर नहीं था। उन्होंने कहा कि डॉक्टर वहां पर मौजूद थे। अस्पताल सुरक्षा के सभी नियमों का पालन कर रहा है। घटना के बाद से कई मरीजों को दूसरे अस्पतालों में भेज दिया गया है।
