यूपी चुनाव 2022: कांग्रेस ने घोषणापत्र जारी किया; कृषि ऋण माफी, महिलाओं, शिक्षकों के लिए नौकरियां
उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 सात चरणों में होंगे- 10 फरवरी, 14 फरवरी, 20 फरवरी, 25 फरवरी, 27 फरवरी, 3 मार्च और 7 मार्च। मतों की गिनती 10 मार्च को होगी।
नई दिल्ली जीजेडी न्यूज ब्यूरो): उत्तर प्रदेश में पहले चरण के मतदान से एक दिन पहले कांग्रेस ने राज्य के लिए अपना घोषणापत्र जारी कर दिया है। पार्टी महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी ने आज लखनऊ में घोषणापत्र ‘उन्नति विधान’ का शुभारंभ किया। घोषणापत्र में मुख्य रूप से महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण और उत्थान पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया और उत्तर प्रदेश के लोगों के विकास के लिए सुझावों को साझा किया गया।
कांग्रेस का घोषणापत्र भी किसानों और छात्रों पर केंद्रित था। ये हैं कांग्रेस के यूपी घोषणापत्र के कुछ प्रमुख बिंदु:
- कांग्रेस के सत्ता में आने पर 10 दिन के अंदर किसानों की कर्जमाफी
- बिजली बिल आधा कर दिया जाएगा और कोविड काल का बकाया माफ किया जाएगा।
- कोविड-19 से प्रभावित परिवारों को 25,000 रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता
- 40% नौकरियां महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित
- 12 लाख सरकारी नौकरी के अवसर, महिलाओं के लिए 8 लाख नौकरियां।
- उद्यमियों के लिए 5 हजार करोड़ रुपये का सीड स्टार्टअप फंड
- कोविड संबंधित फ्रंटलाइन वर्कर्स के परिजनों को 50 लाख का मुआवजा
- शिक्षकों के 2 लाख पद भरे जाएंगे, संस्कृत और उर्दू शिक्षकों को दिया जाएगा अवसर
- धान और गेहूं 2500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल और गन्ना 400 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल की दर से खरीदा जाएगा।
- विकलांग महिला पेंशन को बढ़ाकर 3,000 रुपये प्रति माह किया जाएगा।
महिला पुलिस अधिकारियों को उनके गृहनगर में तैनात करने की अनुमति दी जानी है। - विधान परिषद की सीट भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के लिए आरक्षित होगी।
- प्रियंका गांधी ने कहा, “बागपत में एक व्यापारी और उसकी पत्नी ने जहर खा लिया और उसकी मौत हो गई। इसलिए हम ऐसे छोटे व्यापारियों की मदद करना चाहते हैं। इसके लिए हम छोटे उद्यमों को क्लस्टर घोषित करेंगे और उन्हें सरकार की ओर से मदद मिलेगी।”
- स्कूल के रसोइयों का वेतन बढ़ाकर 5000 किया जाएगा।
- अनुभव और कौशल के आधार पर तदर्थ शिक्षकों को नियमित किया जाएगा।
- ग्राम प्रधान के वेतन में 6,000 रुपये प्रति माह की वृद्धि
- गाय का गोबर 2 रुपये प्रति किलो खरीदा जाएगा जिसे बाद में स्वयं सहायता समूहों के माध्यम से वर्मीकम्पोस्ट बनाने के लिए वितरित किया जाएगा।
- एससी और एसटी छात्रों को केजी से पीजी तक मुफ्त शिक्षा प्रदान की जाएगी। अनुसूचित जाति एवं जनजाति के सरकारी कर्मचारियों की पदोन्नति में आरक्षण। कोल समुदाय को आदिवासी का दर्जा दिया जाएगा।
पत्रकारों के खिलाफ दर्ज मुकदमे खत्म किए जाएंगे और अवैध रूप से जेल में बंद लोगों को रिहा किया जाएगा। शिल्पकारों, बुनकरों, किसानों और पूर्व सैनिकों जैसे समूहों के लिए विधान परिषद में पांच अतिरिक्त सीटें जोड़ी जाएंगी।
इस बीच, जाट बहुल पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में पहले चरण के विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए प्रचार मंगलवार को समाप्त हो गया। हापुड़, गौतम बौद्ध नगर, शामली, बागपत, मुजफ्फरनगर, मेरठ, अलीगढ़, गाजियाबाद, बुलंदशहर, आगरा और मथुरा सहित ग्यारह जिलों में 10 फरवरी को मतदान होगा।
