सरकार के निरसन के कदम के बारे में बोलते हुए, टिकैत ने कहा कि किसानों का आंदोलन जारी रहेगा। “कृषि कानून निरसन विधेयक आंदोलन के दौरान मारे गए 750 किसानों को श्रद्धांजलि है। एमएसपी (न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य) में खामियां बनी हुई हैं। विरोध जारी रहेगा क्योंकि एमएसपी समेत अन्य मुद्दे लंबित हैं। इससे पहले दिन में, बीकेयू के प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि किसान संघ केंद्र से बात किए बिना, ज्यादातर दिल्ली की सीमाओं के साथ विरोध स्थलों को नहीं छोड़ेंगे।
इस बात पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कि किसान संघ इन वार्ताओं के लिए रास्ते खोलेंगे, टिकैत ने कहा कि केंद्र चाहता है कि किसान उनसे संपर्क किए बिना अपना आंदोलन समाप्त कर दें। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि तीन कृषि कानूनों के समाधान के साथ, केंद्र को अब पिछले एक साल में हुए नुकसान के बारे में बात करनी चाहिए। अगर केंद्र इस मामले को छल-कपट, झूठे बयानों से सुलझाना चाहता है तो मामला खत्म नहीं होगा।
इस बीच, कांग्रेस सहित विपक्षी दलों ने विधेयक पर बहस की मांग की है, जिसके बाद लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने कहा कि सदन में आदेश होने पर ऐसा हो सकता है। सोमवार दोपहर 2 बजे राज्यसभा में बिल पेश किया जाएगा।
