रूसी पहलवान अब्दुलमाज़ीद से चोटिल हो गए थे बजरंग
गजेंद्र फौगाट ने पहलवान बजरंग के पिता से उनके स्वास्थ्य बारे कुशलक्षेम जानकारी ली। उनके पिता ने बताया कि बजरंग को 10 दिन तक आराम करने की सलाह दी गई है उसके बाद फिर से वो अपनी ओलंपिक की तैयारी लग जाएगा। उल्लेखनीय है कि बजरंग पूनिया हाल ही में रूस में खेलते हुए रूसी पहलवान अब्दुलमाज़ीद से चोटिल हो गए थे। घुटने में हल्की मांसपेशियों की चोट आई है जल्दी ही स्वस्थ होने की संभावना है। ओलंपिक की प्रैक्टिस के लिए दोबारा नेट पर नजर आएंगे।

गजेंद्र ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने बजरंग को शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना भेजी हैं इसके साथ ही ओलंपिक मेडल के लिए अपना शुभाशीष दिया है। बजरंग अबकी बार ओलंपिक मैडल की श्रृंखला में देश के जनता के लिए आशा की किरण हैं। बजरंग के घर पर उसके पद्मश्री, खेल रत्न व अर्जुन अवार्ड, मुकुट-गदा देख के गजेंद्र फौगाट ने कहा अपराजेय योद्धा हैं। बजरंग के पिता बलवान ने बताया कि कम उम्र में बजरंग को उन्होंने छत्रसाल स्टेडियम में खेलने के लिए भेज दिया था। आज वो अपनी मेहनत के बल पर इस मुकाम पर पहुंचा है।
फौगाट ने उनके पिता को मुख्यमंत्री व खेलमंत्री द्वारा भेजा सन्देश सौंपा। उनके पिता ने बताया कि बजरंग को सभी खेल पुरस्कारों की राशि मिल गयी हैं। ओलम्पिक के लिए अग्रिम राशि 5 लाख भी उन्हें मिल चुकी है ।
