नई दिल्ली: संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा (एसकेएम) की पांच सदस्यीय समिति बुधवार को साल भर से चले आ रहे किसान आंदोलन को खत्म करने पर फैसला करेगी, क्योंकि केंद्र ने एमएसपी समेत कई अहम मुद्दों पर पांच प्रस्ताव भेजे हैं। केंद्र ने अपने प्रस्ताव में न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य, प्रदर्शनकारियों के खिलाफ मामले वापस लेने और बिजली बिल पर अपना रुख स्पष्ट किया है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक पंजाब के 90 फीसदी किसान संगठन सरकार के प्रस्ताव से संतुष्ट हैं।

किसानों ने फसलों के लिए एमएसपी पर कानूनी गारंटी, आंदोलन के दौरान मारे गए किसानों के परिजनों को मुआवजा और विरोध के खिलाफ मामले वापस लेने की मांग की थी। पिछले हफ्ते केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने एक वरिष्ठ किसान नेता से फोन पर बात की थी। गर्मी और कड़ाके की ठंड का सामना करते हुए, हजारों किसान, ज्यादातर पंजाब, हरियाणा और पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश के, 26 नवंबर, 2020 से सिंघू और टिकरी जैसे दिल्ली के कई सीमावर्ती बिंदुओं पर डेरा डाले हुए हैं।
