लोगों का कहना है कि जर्जर सड़क को लेकर कई बार विभागीय अधिकारियों को बताया गया है। गन्नौर गांव से देवीलाल चौक की ओर जाने वाली बादशाही सड़क जनता स्कूल के पास कई दिनों से क्षतिग्रस्त है। काफी समय पहले सड़क पर पीएनजी की पाइपलाइन बिछाने का काम किया गया था। सड़क पर जहां जहां गड्ढे खोदे थे वहां उनके द्वारा गड्ढों को सही तरह से भरे नहीं गये। अधिकारियों की लापरवाही की वजह से कंपनी खानापूर्ति करके चली गई।
अब बरसात के बाद सड़क उन्हीं जगहों से धंसनी शुरू हो गई जहां से कंपनी ने गड्ढे खोद कर पाइप दबाए थे। अधिकारियों की अनदेखी की वजह से सड़क में दो फीट गहरा गड्ढा हो गया है। यहां से गुजरने वाले वाहन चालक क्षतिग्रस्त सड़क के कारण परेशान होते हैं। वहीं कई बार गड्ढों के कारण बाइक चालक असंतुलित होकर दुर्घटनाग्रस्त भी हो रहे हैं। इस समस्या की ओर किसी का ध्यान नहीं जा रहा है। लोगों ने संबधित अधिकारियों से क्षतिग्रस्त सड़क की जल्द मरम्मत करवाने की मांग की है।
