एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। महिलाओं व किशोरियों में निजी स्वच्छता, सामाजिक सुरक्षा व लिंगानुपात के लिए जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से अगस्त 2020 से मार्च 2021 तक फरीदाबाद जिला के लिए उपायुक्त यशपाल द्वारा शुरू किए गए ‘नारी उत्थान’ कार्यक्रम के लिए उन्हें ‘स्कॉच ऑर्डर ऑफ मेरिट’ सम्मान से सम्मानित किया गया है। राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पब्लिक पॉलिसी पर कार्य कर रहे स्कॉच ग्रुप ने शनिवार को यह पुरस्कार उपायुक्त यशपाल को वीडियो कॉंफ्रेंस के माध्यम से दिया।
‘नारी उत्थान’ कार्यक्रम अगस्त 2020 से मार्च 2021 तक आयोजित किया
गौरतलब है कि फरीदाबाद जिला में ‘नारी उत्थान’ कार्यक्रम अगस्त 2020 से मार्च 2021 तक आयोजित किया गया था। कार्यक्रम के तहत जिला प्रशासन, स्वास्थ्य विभाग व महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया। स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा पीसीपीएनडीटी एक्ट के तहत गर्भ में लिंग जांच करने वाले लोगों के खिलाफ ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई की गई। सीएमओ डॉ रणदीप सिंह पुनिया के नेतृत्व में ऐसे अस्पतालों में अल्ट्रासाउंड केंद्रों को चिन्हित किया गया जहां गर्भ में लिंग जांच होती है और अवैध रूप से गर्भपात किया जाता है।

बेटियां किसी भी क्षेत्र में बेटों से कम नहीं
स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा इस तरह की दो दर्जन से ज्यादा लगातार कार्रवाई की गई। इसके साथ ही महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा कार्यक्रम अधिकारी अनीता शर्मा के नेतृत्व में महिलाओं एवं किशोरियों की निजी स्वच्छता को लेकर कार्यक्रम शुरू किए गए। इसके लिए शहरी क्षेत्र में वह ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में विभिन्न जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए। रैलियां निकालकर व नुक्कड़ नाटक आयोजित कर महिलाओं व किशोरियों को जागरूक किया गया। महावारी के समय आने वाली दिक्कतों व गर्भधारण के बाद रखे जाने वाली सावधानियां से भी अवगत करवाया गया।महिलाओं को यह बताया गया कि बेटियां किसी भी क्षेत्र में बेटों से कम नहीं है।
कार्यक्रम में स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं ने भाग लिया
इस कार्यक्रम के लिए सभी उपमंडल अधिकारियों को अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए थे। इस अभियान के तहत उपमंडल स्तर पर और जिला स्तर पर मॉनिटरिंग की बेहतरीन व्यवस्था की गई थी। उपायुक्त यशपाल वे सभी एसडीएम द्वारा बेटियों के नाम उनके घरों पर उनकी नेमप्लेट लगाकर की गई थी। इस कार्यक्रम को परिवार की पहचान बेटियों के नाम का नाम दिया गया था। यहां पर स्कूल की छात्राओं द्वारा बालिका मंच का आयोजन किया गया था। कार्यक्रम में स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं ने भाग लिया था।
महिला सशक्तिकरण पर कार्यशाला भी आयोजित की गई
कार्यक्रम में बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढ़ाओ की शपथ दिलाई गई थी। बेटियों के नाम पर पौधारोपण अभियान भी चलाया गया। विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से महिलाओं को पोक्सो एक्ट, जेजे कानून, विधिक सेवा, कार्यस्थल पर लैंगिक उत्पीडऩ, घरेलू हिंसा से बचाव, महिला हेल्प लाईन और पीएनडीटी एक्ट की जानकारी दी गई। महिला सशक्तिकरण पर कार्यशाला भी आयोजित की गई।

विडियो कॉन्फ़्रेंसिंग के दौरान उपायुक्त यशपाल ने स्कॉच ग्रुप के सदस्यों को बताया कि यह कार्यक्रम महिलाओं के आर्थिक, सामाजिक व राजनैतिक रूप से सशक्तिकरण के लिए आयोजित किया गया था। उन्होंने कहा कि नारी उत्थान कार्यक्रम में हर वर्ग की महिलाओं व छात्राओं ने बढ़चढ़ कर भाग लिया था। विडियो कॉन्फ़्रेंसिंग में मुख्यमंत्री सुशासन सहयोगी रुपाला सक्सेना भी मौजूद रही।
