बीएससी. आईटी तक पढाई की लेकिन बचपन से ही संगीत के प्रति रुझान हुआ और बड़े-बड़े संगीतज्ञों को देखकर संगीत के प्रति समर्पित होता चला गया। पहले गीतों को शब्दों से पिरोया तो फिर उनको सुर दिये संगीत से सजाया। अंशुमन बोलते है कि उन्हें जब कोई बोलता है कि तुम्हारा गाना हमको बहुत पसंद है तो उत्साह वर्धन होने लगता है।
चाहने वालों का प्यार उनकी ताकत बन गया
यही उनके चाहने वालों का प्यार उनकी ताकत बन गया लेखन क्षमता दे गया। इसको लेकर एक पुस्तक की रचना की कनेक्टिंग म्यूजिक टू कल्चर पहाड़ों में रहकर संस्कृति सभ्यता के साथ खुद को जोड़ना और पुस्तक के रुप में लेखन का विस्तार करने की कार्यशैली अंशुमन का बेहतरीन रचनाकार संगीतकार के रुप में आगे बढाती चली गई। इस युवा की दिल की तमन्ना यही रही कि संगीत कैरियर में अच्छे-अच्छे गीतों की रचना करे और सुर संगीत के साथ लोगों के दिलों के करीब पहुंचे।

इसके लिए इनके आइडियल जुबिन नौटियाल और अरिजीत सिंह रहे जिनको सुनकर इसने अपने संगीत के सफर को तय करना शुरु किया। धीरे-धीरे उतराखंड के इन संगीतज्ञों से प्रेरणा लेकर इसके दिल में एक भाव जागृत हुआ कि अब चाहत यही है कि उसकी खुद की पहचान बने जैसे यह आज अपने बड़े संगीतकारों को अपना आदर्श मानता है वैसे ही भविष्य में इसको भी दूसरे अंशुमन को आइकन के रुप में देखें। इसके लिए संगीत साधना है इसी साधकर यह अपने कैरियर मेहनत के साथ अपने कर्म की खुशबू से महकाना चाहता है।
दूसरें से कुछ अलग हो ताकि एक अलग ही अहसास हो
सवाल किया कि उसके ही गाने कंपोज करे हुए लोग क्यों सुनें तो जवाब में कहा कि क्योंकि मैं अपने गानों में ऐसी बीट्स डालता हूं जिससे सुनने में सभी को पसंद आए और दूसरें से कुछ अलग हो ताकि एक अलग ही अहसास हो।

इनसे पूछा गया कि जीवन के तीन बिंदु जिसको लेकर आप आगे बढ़ना चाहते हैं इस जवाब दिया कि मैं हमेशा सकारात्मक रहता हुुं क्योंकि सकारात्मकता में शक्ति है। दूसरा संगीत ही मेरी दुनिया संगीत ही मेरी साधना है। तीसरा बिंदू है दृढ़ इच्छा शक्ति, समर्पित कार्यशैली के साथ कुछ अलग करके आगे बढ़ना चाहता हूं। अपना पर पूरा विश्वास रखकर आगे बढ़ना यही बिंदू मेरे जीवन के स्तंभ हैं।
