सोनीपत: निकाय चुनाव के लिए आए नामांकनों की आज होगी छटनी
इधर उपायुक्त एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि सोमवार को सभी उम्मीदवारों के नामांकनों की छंटनी की जाएगी। जबकि 07 जून को तीन बजे तक उम्मीदवार अपना नामांकन वापस ले सकते हैं। उसके बाद 07 जून को ही बचे उम्मीदवारों को चुनाव चिन्ह अलॉट कर दिए जाएंगे।

सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: हरियाणा प्रदेश में हो रहे निकाय चुनाव के लिए सोमवार को नामांकनों की दंटनी होगी। सोनीपत के कुंडली, गन्नौर व गोहाना में कुल 257 नामांकन दाखिल किये गए थे। इसमें कुंडली नगरपालिका में 63 गोहाना नगर परिषद में 121 जबकि गन्नौर नगरपालिका में 74 नामांकन किये गए थे।
इधर उपायुक्त एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि सोमवार को सभी उम्मीदवारों के नामांकनों की छंटनी की जाएगी। जबकि 07 जून को तीन बजे तक उम्मीदवार अपना नामांकन वापस ले सकते हैं। उसके बाद 07 जून को ही बचे उम्मीदवारों को चुनाव चिन्ह अलॉट कर दिए जाएंगे।
गोहाना नगर परिषद व कुण्डली तथा गन्नौर नगर पालिका लिए मतदान 19 जून को प्रात: 7 बजे से सांय 6 बजे तक समय निर्धारित किया गया है। आवश्यक हुआ तो पुन: मतदान 21 जून को करवाया जा सकता है। इसके बाद 22 जून को सुबह 08 बजे से वोटों की गिनती शुरू होगी व उसी दिन चुनाव परिणाम घोषित किए जाएंगे। चुनाव आयोग के नियमों के अनुसार निकाय चुनाव लडऩे वाले प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार को होने वाले खर्च का पूरा हिसाब रखना होगा।
नामांकन करने वाले सभी उम्मीदवारों को निर्धारित रजिस्टर में चुनाव खर्च का पूरा लेखा दर्ज करना होगा और चुनाव परिणाम घोषित होने के 30 दिनों के अंदर यह रजिस्टर जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी या राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा प्राधिकृत अधिकारी के पास जमा कराना होना। ऐसा न करने पर वह उम्मीदवार 5 वर्षों के लिए अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा। निर्धारित खर्च सीमा नगर पालिका के अध्यक्ष के लिए चुनाव 10.50 लाख रुपये, नगर परिषद अध्यक्ष के के लिए 16 लाख रुपये रहेगी। नगर पालिका सदस्य के लिए चुनाव खर्च की सीमा 2.50 लाख रुपये और नगर परिषद सदस्य के लिए 3.50 लाख रुपये निर्धारित की गई है।
