सोनीपत: दिल्ली दरबार में पहुंचा रेलवे द्वारा मकानों का रास्ता रोकने का मामला
डिंपी गर्ग ने कहा कि दिसंबर 2021 में पूर्व मंत्री कविता जैन जी उनसे मिली थी जिस पर तीन माह का समय गुजर चुका परंतु आवास मालिकों ने अपने मकान पीछे हटा कर रास्ता बनाने की दिशा में कोई कदम नहीं उठाया।

सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: सोनीपत में रेलवे लाईन के दोनों ओर दीवार खड़ी किए जाने से मकानों का रास्ता बंद होने से बचाने का मामला दिल्ली दरबार में पहुंचा है। एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल को क्षेत्रीय रेलवे प्रबंधक डिंपीगर्ग ने आश्वासन दिया है कि यदि रास्ते के लिए जमीन नगर निगम लीज पर लेने का प्रस्ताव भेजेगी तो उसे रेलवे बोर्ड की मंजूरी के लिए भेज दिया जायेगा।
बुधवार को मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन के नेतृत्व में डीआरएम कार्यालय पहुंचे प्रतिनिधिमंडल को डिंपी गर्ग ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशों का हवाला देकर घरों का रास्ता देने से साफ तौर पर इंकार कर दिया। डिंपी गर्ग ने कहा कि दिसंबर 2021 में पूर्व मंत्री कविता जैन जी उनसे मिली थी जिस पर तीन माह का समय गुजर चुका परंतु आवास मालिकों ने अपने मकान पीछे हटा कर रास्ता बनाने की दिशा में कोई कदम नहीं उठाया।
डीआरएम डिंपी गर्ग ने कहा कि हमें हाई स्पीड ट्रेनों के लिए सभी रेलवे ट्रैक सुरक्षित बनाने हैं इसलिए रास्ता देने का कोई प्रावधान नहीं हो सकता। राजीव जैन ने डी.आर.एम को सुझाव दिया कि रेलवे जिन शर्तों पर पार्कों व रास्तों की जमीन लीज पर देता है इसी तर्ज पर हम नगर निगम से प्रस्ताव भिजवाने का प्रयास करेंगे। राजीव जैन ने सोनीपत जिले में तीन पार्क तथा घरौंडा में रास्ते के लिए जमीन देने का उदाहरण दिया।
राजीव जैन ने मकान मालिकों को घरौंडा नगर पालिका से रास्ते के लिए जमीन लीज पर लेने के कागज निकलवा कर स्थानीय नगर निगम में आवेदन करने का सुझाव दिया। नगर निगम से प्रस्ताव पास करवाने का प्रयास करेंगे ताकि रेलवे प्रशासन को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जवाब दाखिल करने का आधार मिल सके।
