सोनीपत: राज्य सरकार ने बिजली सरचार्ज माफी योजना शुरु की: उपायुक्त सिवाच
शहरी, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के बिजली उपभोक्ता जिनका बिल 31 दिसंबर 2021 तक बकाया था तथा अब तक भी बिल बकाया है। यह योजना कनेक्टेड और डिस्कनेक्टेड दोनों तरह के उपभोक्ताओं के लिए है।

सोनीपत। उपायुक्त ललित सिवाच ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा बिजली के बकाया बिलों की समस्या के समाधान के लिए सरचार्ज माफी योजना-2022 शुरू की गई है। शहरी, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के बिजली उपभोक्ता जिनका बिल 31 दिसंबर 2021 तक बकाया था तथा अब तक भी बिल बकाया है। यह योजना कनेक्टेड और डिस्कनेक्टेड दोनों तरह के उपभोक्ताओं के लिए है।
इस योजना के अंतर्गत घरेलू (शहरी तथा ग्रामीण) कृषि उपभोक्ता और सरकारी, ग्राम पंचायत तथा नगर निगम से संबंधित बिजली के कनेक्शन का अब तक का पूर्ण सरचार्ज फ्रीज कर दिया जाएगा। मूल राशि का भुगतान करना होगा। एकमुश्त जमा करवाने पर उपभोक्ताओं को मूल राशि पर 5 प्रतिशत की अतिरिक्त छूट भी दी जाएगी। अपनी मूल राशि एकमुश्त या निर्धारित किस्तों में जमा नहीं करवाता और आगामी छह बिल लगातार जमा नहीं करवाता तो उसका फ्रीज किया गया सरचार्ज वापिस बिल में जोड़ दिया जाएगा और उपभोक्ता को स्कीम का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा।
इसका लाभ सभी उपभोक्ताओं की बकाया मूल राशि पर लगने वाले सरचार्ज की पुनर्गणना की जाएगी व वर्तमान ब्याज की दर 1.5 प्रतिशत मासिक की बजाय साधारण 10 प्रतिशत की वार्षिक दर से ब्याज का भुगतान करना होगा। सरचार्ज एकमुश्त या आगामी तीन बिलों के साथ अदा कर सकते हैं। उपभोक्ताओं के बने गलत बिल विभाग की शर्तों के अनुसार ठीक किए जाएंगे। जिनका कोई केस न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है वो उपभोक्ता भी इस योजना को अपना सकते हैं। उनको अपना केस न्यायालय से वापिस लेना होगा। यह योजना 30 नवंबर 2022 तक जारी रहेगी।
