सोनीपत: विधायक सुरेंद्र पंवार ने मुख्यमंत्री को पत्र लिखकर दुकानें बंद न करवाने की मांग
विधायक सुरेंद्र पंवार ने कहा कि त्यौहारों के सीजन में हाऊसिंग बोर्ड द्वारा सेक्टर-12,14,15 हाऊसिंग बोर्ड के दर्जनों दुकानदारों को नोटिस भेजना गलत है। परिवार के पालन-पोषण के लिए यदि कोई व्यक्ति दुकान करके गुजारा करता है, तो क्या वह अनाधिकृत है। वर्षों से दुकानदार यहां पर दुकान के जरिये अपना गुजारा कर रहे है, लेकिन अब अचानक विभाग द्वारा नोटिस भेजकर उन्हें गलत बताया गया है।

सोनीपत: विधायक सुरेंद्र पंवार ने हाऊसिंग बोर्ड द्वारा सेक्टर-12,14,15 हाऊसिंग बोर्ड कालोनी के दुकानदारों को 14 दिन के अंदर दुकानें बंद करने के तुगलकी फरमान पर कड़ी आपति जताई है। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री हरियाणा मनोहर लाल को पत्र लिखकर दुकानें बंद न करने की मांग की है, इसके साथ ही सभी दुकानों में कमर्शियल एक्टीविटी की अनुमति देने की भी मांग की है।
विधायक सुरेंद्र पंवार ने कहा कि त्यौहारों के सीजन में हाऊसिंग बोर्ड द्वारा सेक्टर-12,14,15 हाऊसिंग बोर्ड के दर्जनों दुकानदारों को नोटिस भेजना गलत है। परिवार के पालन-पोषण के लिए यदि कोई व्यक्ति दुकान करके गुजारा करता है, तो क्या वह अनाधिकृत है। वर्षों से दुकानदार यहां पर दुकान के जरिये अपना गुजारा कर रहे है, लेकिन अब अचानक विभाग द्वारा नोटिस भेजकर उन्हें गलत बताया गया है। उन्होंने सीएम से मांग की है कि दुकानदारों को भेजा गया नोटिस रद्द किया जाए व सेक्टर्स के पास हाऊसिंग बोर्ड में बनी सभी दुकानों में कमर्शियल एक्टिीविटी को अनुमति दी जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि बेशक दुकानदारों से एक जायज फीस लेकर कमर्शियल को अनुमति दी जाए, लेकिन दुकानदारों के रोजगार को बंद न करवाा जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि दीपवाली के त्यौहार के बिल्कुल नजदीक नोटिस आने से दुकानदारों के परिवार चिंता में है आखिर उनकी रोजी-रोटी कैसे चलेगी। दुकानदारों का कहना है कि इस दुकान पर न सिर्फ उनका परिवार आश्रित है बल्कि उनके पास जितने कर्मचारी कार्य करते है उनके परिवार भी भूखे मर जाएंगे। इसलिए दुकान बंद करने के फरमान को तुरंत प्रभाव से विभाग वापिस ले।
विधायक सुरेंद्र पंवार ने कहा कि आज भाजपा सरकार स्वयं ही अपना रोजगार करने का नारा देती है, आज दुकानदार ईमानदारी से अपना दुकान चलाकर अपने परिवार का पेट भ रहे है तो भाजपा को यह भी रास नहीं आ रहा। सरकार तुरंत बोर्ड के मैनेजर से माध्यम से भेजे गए नोटिस को रद्द करवाए व दुकानो में कमर्शियल एक्टिीविटी का प्रावधान करें।
