सोनीपत: हाईकोर्ट के न्यायाधीश सांगवान ने कोर्ट परिसर का निरीक्षण किया
न्यायाधीश सांगवान ने कहा कि पंजाब एंड हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट द्वारा लोगों को न्यायिक सेवाओं से संबंधित योजनाओं को क्रियान्वित किया गया है। आप सभी यह सुनिश्चित करें की योजनाओं का धरातल पर पात्र व्यक्तियों को लाभ मिले।

सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: पजांब एंड हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट के न्यायाधीश अरविंद सिंह सांगवान ने शनिवार को जिला कोर्ट परिसर का निरीक्षण किया। कोर्ट परिसर पहुंचते ही जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सुभाष मेहला सहित सभी जजों व बार एसोसिएशन के मैंबरों तथा अन्य सभी अधिवक्ताओं ने न्यायाधीश का फूल देकर स्वागत किया।
न्यायाधीश सांगवान ने कहा कि पंजाब एंड हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट द्वारा लोगों को न्यायिक सेवाओं से संबंधित योजनाओं को क्रियान्वित किया गया है। आप सभी यह सुनिश्चित करें की योजनाओं का धरातल पर पात्र व्यक्तियों को लाभ मिले। उन्होंने कहा कि महिला उत्पीडन तथा बाल उत्पीडन के मामलों में गहनता से जांच करते हुए जल्द फैसला करें ताकि पीडित को उचित न्याय मिल सके। अधिवक्ता प्रतिनिधि मंडल द्वारा पारिवारिक न्यायालय के जज की नियुक्ति व चेक बाउंस के मुकदमो के लिए एक अतिरिक्त न्यायालय की मांग की गई।
इसके अलावा बार एसोसिएशन द्वारा न्यायालय परिसर में एक अन्य लिफ्ट व कॉरिडोर बनवाया जाए। न्यायाधीश ने कहा कि जल्द ही इन सभी मांगों पर कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी। जिला बार एसोसिएशन के प्रधान संदीप शर्मा, धर्मेन्द्र, कृष्ण मलिक, अजय गर्ग, विरेन्द्र खत्री, विजय गुलिया, विजय वशिष्ठ आदि उपस्थित रहे।
