खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी ने जेसीबी से गड्ढ़ा खुदवाकर 500 किलो रसगुल्ले व 100 किलो दूध को नष्ट करा दिया। फैक्टरी संचालक के पास रसगुल्ले बनाने के लिए लाइसेंस भी नहीं था। इस पर खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी ने फैक्टरी संचालक को नोटिस जारी किया। साथ ही रसगुल्ले के दो सैंपल लेकर चंडीगढ़ लैब में जांच के लिए भेजें है, वहां से रिपोर्ट मिलने पर आगामी कार्रवाई की जा सकेगी।

दिवाली के मौके पर इन रसगुल्लों को बाजार में सप्लाई किया जाना था। संयुक्त टीम ने फैक्टरी संचालक से रसगुल्ले बनाने का लाइसेंस मांगा, लेकिन लाइसेंस नहीं होने के कारण खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी वीरेंद्र गहलावत ने फैक्टरी संचालक को नोटिस जारी किया है।
खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी वीरेंद्र गहलावत ने बताया कि फैक्टरी में जिस प्रकार से रसगुल्ले बनाए जा रहे थे, वहां पर सफाई का कोई ध्यान नहीं रखा गया था। जांच में पाया कि कई महीनों से रसगुल्ला फैक्टरी चलाई जा रही थी। दो सैंपल लेकर चंडीगढ़ लैब में जांच के लिए भेजे गए। वहां से रिपोर्ट मिलने पर आगामी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
