हरियाणा महिला आयोग: सोनिया अग्रवाल ने किया विभिन्न कार्यालयों का औचक निरीक्षण
हरियाणा महिला आयोग की सदस्य सोनिया अग्रवाल ने सोमवार को स्थानीय राजकीय सामान्य अस्पताल, महिला थाना और वन स्टॉप सेंटर का औचक निरीक्षण किया और अधिकारियों को उचित दिशानिर्देश दिए।

हरियाणा महिला आयोग की सदस्य सोनिया अग्रवाल ने सोमवार को स्थानीय राजकीय सामान्य अस्पताल, महिला थाना और वन स्टॉप सेंटर का औचक निरीक्षण किया और अधिकारियों को उचित दिशानिर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने सामान्य अस्पताल के सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय में आयोजित बैठक को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि महिला इस सुंदर सृष्टि के संचालन का आधार है और भारतीय संविधान ने महिलाओं को अनेक अधिकार प्रदान किए हैं लेकिन आजादी के 73 साल के बाद भी जब अखबार में महिलाओं के अधिकारों के हनन की खबरें छपती हैं तो किए गए सभी प्रयास विफल होते नजर आते हैं। इसलिए महिलाओं को समान अधिकार देने के लिए ओर अधिक प्रयास किए जाने चाहिए तथा वन स्टॉप सेंटर द्वारा दी जा रही सुविधाओं का लाभ भी महिलाओं को उठाना चाहिए तथा अपराधियों को उचित सजा दिलवाने के लिए महिलाओं को महिला पुलिस थानों में जाकर बिना झिझक के अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज करवानी चाहिए।
पानीपत से ही शुरू हुआ था “बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढाओ”अभियान
पानीपत जिला के गांव रिसपुर में रामरती महिला के साथ हुए अत्याचारों की घटना यह साबित करती है कि महिला अपने ही परिवार में भी सुरक्षित नही है। उन्होंने कहा कि 21वीं सदी के भारत में भी महिलाएं व भय, भूख, आर्थिक निर्भरता, अपमान और कुरतियों से जुझ रही हैं। यही कारण है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने पानीपत की पवित्र भूमि से ही बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढाओ अभियान का शुभारम्भ किया था और पानीपत में ही एक हजार लडक़ों के पीछे नौ सौ बावन लड़कियों की जन्म दर का आकड़ा हासिल करके हरियाणा में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया है जिससे लगता है कि भारत के अन्य जिलों को भी पानीपत के लिंगानुपात से प्रेरणा लेनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत की महिलाएं राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री, लोकसभा अध्यक्ष, प्रतिपक्ष की नेता, राज्यपाल और उप राज्यपाल के पदों के अलावा शिक्षा क्षेत्र में भी अनेक उपलब्धियां हासिल कर रही हैं। यही नहीं अमेरिका में भारतवंशी महिला कमला हैरिस का उप राष्ट्रपति पद पर चुना जाना इस बात का स्पष्ट उदाहरण है कि भारतीय महिला प्रतिभा की धनी है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे महिलाओं के मामलों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निपटाएं।
स्वस्थ्य समाज की स्थापना
जिला भाजपा की अध्यक्षा डॉ0 अर्चना गुप्ता ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि स्वस्थ्य समाज की स्थापना के लिए पर्यावरण को संरक्षित और सुरक्षित रखने के लिए सभी लोगों को मिलकर काम करना होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार और समाज के जागरूकता अभियान को दिए गए सहयोग के कारण ही आज हरियाणा में भूजल बचाने के लिए स्वयं किसान आगे आ रहे हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान दौर में भी ऐसे व्यक्ति जिनकी रोग-प्रतिरोधक क्षमता अधिक होती है, कोरोना के वे मरीज शीघ्र ही ठीक हो जाते हैं और रोग-प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ाकर प्राणियों को स्वस्थ बनाए रखने में पर्यावरण की अहम भूमिका होती है। इसलिए पर्यावरण संरक्षण करना वर्तमान समय की सबसे बड़ी आवश्यकता है और पर्यावरण को संरक्षण प्रदान करने में पेड़-पौधे अहम भूमिका अदा करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना के दौरान भारतीयों की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता के कारण ही देश में अधिकतर कोरोना के मरीज ठीक हो गए हैं।
