नगराधीश ने कहा कि ई-श्रम पोर्टल पर असंगठित श्रमिकों का पंजीकरण बिल्कुल नि:शुल्क है। यूनिक आईडी कार्ड बनते ही असंगठित श्रमिकों को प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना सहित सरकार की ओर से दी जाने वाली विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ भी मिलता है।
सोनीपत: नगराधीश डॉ. अनमोल ने श्रम एवं रोजगार विभाग अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा असंगठित क्षेत्र में काम करने वाले श्रमिकों का डेटाबेस तैयार करने के लिए लांच किए गए ई-श्रम पोर्टल पर इन श्रमिकों का यथाशीघ्र पंजीकरण करवाएं, ताकि यह श्रमिक सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ मिल सके। वे लघु सचिवालय में ई-श्रम पोर्टल के संबंध में आयोजित बैठक में अधिकारियों को दिशा-निर्देश दी रही थी।

नगराधीश ने कहा कि ई-श्रम पोर्टल पर असंगठित श्रमिकों का पंजीकरण बिल्कुल नि:शुल्क है। यूनिक आईडी कार्ड बनते ही असंगठित श्रमिकों को प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना सहित सरकार की ओर से दी जाने वाली विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ भी मिलता है। एक साल का खर्च सरकार स्वयं वहन करेगी। श्रमिकों की जानकारी रहेगी कि वे राज्य से किस राज्य में जा रहे हैं उनको आसानी से ट्रैक किया जा सकेगा। छोटे किसान, पशुपालक, कृषि क्षेत्र में लगे मजदूर, ईंट-भट्टोंं पर काम करने वाले मजदूर, मछली विक्रेता, मोची, घरों में काम रकने वाले, रेहड़ी-फड़ी लगाने वाले लोग, न्यूजपेपर वेंडर, कारपेंटर, प्लंबर, रिक्शा व ऑटो रिक्शा संचालक, मनरेगा मजदूर, दूध विक्रेता, स्थानांतरित लेबर, नाई, ऐसे मजदूर जो किसी संगठन के साथ नहीं जुड़े हो वह सब अपना पंजीकरण करवा सकते हैं। आवेदक की उम्र 16 से 59 वर्ष के बीच हो। आवेदक के पास आधार कार्ड नंबर, बैंक पासबुक की फोटो कॉपी व मोबाइल फोन नंबर होना अनिवार्य है।
