सोनीपत: मिलावटी सामग्री को लेकर हलवाई एसोसिएशन के साथ अधिकारियों की बैठक
जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी वीरेंद्र ने सोनीपत के एटलस रोड पर खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन द्वारा हलवाई प्रतिष्ठानों के मालिकों के साथ मीटिंग में निर्देश दिए हैं कि त्योहारों पर मिठाई की क्वालिटी का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए और किसी भी प्रकार की मिलावट या अनियमितता पाई गई तो दुकानदार के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी।

सोनीपत: सोनीपत में एटलस रोड पर मंगलवार को एक निजी रेस्टोरेंट में जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन ने मिलकर सोनीपत हलवाई एसोसिएशन के साथ मीटिंग की। त्योहारी सीजन पर मिठाइयों की गुणवत्ता और साफ सफाई को लेकर जागरूक किया है और गुणवत्ता के साथ समझौता किसी भी सूरत में बर्दाश्त नहीं होगा और ऐसे में विभाग कठोर कार्रवाई करेगा। मीटिंग में हलवाई एसोसिएशन के प्रधान और जिले के तमाम हलवाई एकत्रित हुए और त्योहारों पर अच्छी क्वालिटी की मिठाई को लेकर चर्चा हुई।
जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी वीरेंद्र ने सोनीपत के एटलस रोड पर खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन द्वारा हलवाई प्रतिष्ठानों के मालिकों के साथ मीटिंग में निर्देश दिए हैं कि त्योहारों पर मिठाई की क्वालिटी का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए और किसी भी प्रकार की मिलावट या अनियमितता पाई गई तो दुकानदार के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी। त्यौहार के सीजन पर खाद्य पदार्थों और मिठाइयों में मिलावट की संभावना बढ़ जाती है और इसी को लेकर दीपावली व अन्य त्यौहार से पहले हलवाई एसोसिएशन के साथ बैठक कर सख्त निर्देश दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि खाद्य पदार्थों की मिलावटी बिक्री भंडारण कानून अपराध होने के साथ-साथ है। आमजन के जीवन और स्वास्थ्य पर खुला खिलवाड़ है। सोनीपत में मीटिंग के दौरान 50 से ज्यादा प्रतिष्ठानों के मालिक को अधिकारी द्वारा दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करने की भी बात कही है।
हलवाई एसोसिएशन के प्रधान कृष्ण कुमार व दुकानदार निरजंन वालिया ने कहा कि सभी पुराने दुकानदार हैं और सभी मिलकर नियमों की पालना करते हैं और त्यौहारी सीजन पर अपने ग्राहक को उच्च क्वालिटी की बेहतरीन मिठाई उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी और इसी को लेकर प्रशासन को भी आश्वस्त किया गया है।
