गन्नौर के क्षेत्र में बड़ी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र स्थित ईएसआई डिस्पेंसरी में एसडीएम सुरेंद्रपाल ने औचक निरीक्षण किया। डिस्पेंसरी का स्टाफ गैरहाजिर मिला। एसडीएम ने गैरहाजिर मिले स्टाफ के खिलाफ ईएसआई निदेशक चंडीगढ़ को कार्यवाही के लिए लिखा है।
डिस्पेंसरी में कर्मचारियों के ना होने व काम के प्रति लापरवाही के मामले प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को शिकायते मिल रही थी। गुरुवार की शाम छह बजे ईएसआई डिस्पेंसरी में औचक निरीक्षण करते हुए व्यवस्थाओं को जायजा लिया। निरीक्षण के दौरान डिस्पेंसरी में केवल अप्रेंटिस पर आया कर्मी व गार्ड ही मिले, बाकी स्टाफ डिस्पेंसरी में नहीं था। बड़ी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र स्थित ईएसआई डिस्पेंसरी दो शिफ्टों में चल रही है। पहले शिफ्ट सुबह 7 बजे से दोपहर 1 बजे तक होती है। दूसरी शिफ्ट शुरू होती है जो शाम सात बजे तक होती है। एसडीएम ने निरीक्षण किया तो डिस्पेंसरी का स्टाफ शिफ्ट समाप्त होने से एक घंटा पहले ही नदारद मिला।
