देश में कोरोना के मरीजों का आंकड़ा लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। भारत में कुल मरीजों की संख्या 28 लाख के आंकड़े को पार कर गई है। अब तक 28,35,822 लोगों को कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाया गया है। पिछले 24 घंटे के दौरान रिकॉर्ड 69,196 मरीज संक्रमित मिले हैं। इससे पहले 12 अगस्त को सबसे ज्यादा 67,066 मरीज मिले थे।
इसमें अच्छी बात यह रही कि इसमें 20,96,068 लोग ठीक होकर अपने घर जा चुके हैं। पिछले 24 घंटे के अंदर 59,365 लोगों को अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज कर दिया गया था। अब तक इस संक्रमण से 53,994 लोगों की मौत भी हो चुकी है। बुधवार को 979 कोरोना पॉजिटिव लोगों ने दम तोड़ दिया। अभी 6,85,231 लोगों का अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा है।
