मेरी प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा ग्रामीण अंचल सिंघवा खास जिला हिसार में हुई। उसके पश्चात 10 वीं कक्षा गांव से 3 किलोमीटर दूर गांव मुंढाल जिला भिवानी से उत्तीर्ण की। उसके पश्चात उच्च शिक्षा रोहतक से हासिल की है।
प्रभु का वरदहस्त बचपन से ही सदैव ही मेरे सिर पर
मैं अपने आप को बड़ा ही सौभाग्यशाली समझता हूं और प्रभु का वरद हस्त बचपन से ही सदैव ही मेरे सिर पर सदैव ही रहा है। यही कारण है कि मां का साया जन्म के 7 दिन बाद ही सिर से उठने के पश्चात भी जीवन को परमेश्वर सर्वव्यापी परमात्मा भगवान का प्रसाद समझकर कर्तव्य का पालन किया है।

स्नातक की डिग्री वैश्य कालेज रोहतक, बी एड की परीक्षा गौड़ ब्राह्मण कालेज रोहतक , हिंदी में स्नातकोत्तर की डिग्री महर्षि दयानंद विश्वविद्यालय रोहतक और हिन्दी में एम फिल की परीक्षा भी महर्षि दयानंद विश्वविद्यालय रोहतक पास की है।
लोक सम्पर्क विभाग में हिंदी अनुवादक के पद पर नियुक्ति
जीवन का सफर आगे और भाग्य खींच कर चंडीगढ़ ले आया शुरू में लोक सम्पर्क विभाग में हिंदी अनुवादक के पद पर नियुक्ति हुई और अनुभव पूरा होने के साथ ही हरियाणा लोक सेवा आयोग के माध्यम से सीधे लोक सम्पर्क अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्ति हुई और मेरी सबसे पहली नियुक्ति जिला लोक सम्पर्क अधिकारी कुरूक्षेत्र के पद पर हुई।

अतिरिक्त निदेशक के पद पर पहुंचा
परमात्मा की कृपा और अपने परिश्रम के बल पर विभाग में कार्यरत रहते हुए पदोन्नति के द्वारा पहले उप- निदेशक फिर संयुक्त निदेशक और उसके पश्चात विभाग के सबसे वरिष्ठ पद अतिरिक्त निदेशक के पद पर पहुंचा और उसके पश्चात निदेशक अनुसंधान एवं संदर्भ के तौर पर भी कार्य करने का सुअवसर प्राप्त हुआ।
मेरा सौभाग्य रहा कि योग्यता और क्षमता लोगों सराहा
विभाग में रहते हुए मुख्यमंत्रियों, मंत्रियों के साथ -साथ प्रशासनिक स्तर पर भी अपनी प्रतिभा दिखाने का सुअवसर प्राप्त हुआ, लेकिन अपनी योग्यता और क्षमता के आधार पर सदैव ही प्रशंसा पत्र हासिल किए जिनमें, निदेशक, आयुक्त, मंत्री और मुख्यमंत्री भी शामिल हैं।
सरकारी नौकरी तृतीय श्रेणी से शुरू करके प्रभु की कृपा और अपनी मेहनत के बल पर विभाग के सबसे ऊंचे पद पर कार्य करने का मौका मिला, इससे बड़ी जीवन की कोई संतुष्टि नहीं हो सकती है। भविष्य में भी दीन दयाल की अनुकम्पा इसी प्रकार से बनी रहे। मेरी यही मंगलकामना है।
