पंजाबी गौरव संघ ने किया प्रदर्शन:कलेक्टर रेट पर मिली छूट से असन्तुष्ट किराएदारों ने किया प्रदर्शन
सरकार द्वारा 1 जुलाई से शहरी निकायों की सम्पत्ति पर बरसों से काबिज लोगों को कलेक्टर रेट पर मामूली छूट देकर मालिकाना हक देने से नाराज गढी घसीटा के बाशिंदों ने रविवार को प्रदर्शन किया। प्रदर्शनकारियों का नेतृत्व पंजाबी गौरव संघ के प्रधान पवन तनेजा के नेतृत्व ने किया।

सोनीपत: सरकार द्वारा 1 जुलाई से शहरी निकायों की सम्पत्ति पर बरसों से काबिज लोगों को कलेक्टर रेट पर मामूली छूट देकर मालिकाना हक देने से नाराज गढी घसीटा के बाशिंदों ने रविवार को प्रदर्शन किया। प्रदर्शनकारियों का नेतृत्व पंजाबी गौरव संघ के प्रधान पवन तनेजा के नेतृत्व ने किया।
जमीनों का नया मूल्यांकन किए जाने से नाराज
ज्ञापन के माध्यम से प्रदर्शन कर रहे प्रदर्शनकारियों ने बताया कि 1955 से गढी ब्राह्मणान की जमीन को लीज पर ले रखा था और 1978 में मौजूदा सरकार ने 5 रुपए गज के हिसाब से रसीदें काट कर मालिकाना हक दे दिया था, किन्तु असरदार व रसूखदार लोगों ने हजारों वर्ग जमीन की रजिस्ट्रियां करवाकर पूरा लाभ उठाया। विभाजन के बाद पश्चिमी पंजाब से आए विस्थापित गरीब, दीहाड़ीदार लोग उस समय रजिस्ट्रियां नहीं करवा पाए और कुछ अनपढ़ लोगों की पुरानी रसीदें भी गुम हो गई। गढी घसीटा की जमीन पर बरसों से काबिज आर्थिक तौर पर कमजोर कई लोग लीज की पर्चियाँ नहीं कटवा पाए। निगम में 1990 में पुराना रिकार्ड जल जाने के कारण गढी घसीटा के किराएदारों को काफी अडचन आ रही है। पिछ्ले 25 वर्षों तक जमीन की कीमत लेकर भी रजिस्ट्रियां नहीं किए जाने से उदासीन लोग अब जमीनों का नया मूल्यांकन किए जाने से नाराज हैं।
