उत्तराखंड में बोले पीएम मोदी: पिछली सरकार ने हर स्तर पर सेना का मनोबल गिराने का संकल्प लिया
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के संबोधन से पहले उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि कुछ लोग राजनीति के नाम पर भाजपा का नाम खराब करने और चीजों को मोड़ने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं लेकिन जब तक यह मौजूदा सरकार सत्ता में है, वे कुछ नहीं कर सकते. उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे तत्वों से सावधान रहने की जरूरत है।
नई दिल्ली: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज उत्तराखंड देहरादून का दौरा किया और रुपये की कई परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला रखी। दिल्ली-देहरादून आर्थिक गलियारे के साथ 18,000 करोड़, एएनआई की सूचना दी। पीएम मोदी ने आज उत्तराखंड विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए भाजपा के राजनीतिक अभियान की भी शुरुआत की।

- पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि पिछले 5 साल में केंद्र ने उत्तराखंड के विकास के लिए 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा की मंजूरी दी है. आज की विकास परियोजनाओं में 18,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का निवेश किया गया है।
- विकास परियोजनाओं के बारे में आगे बात करते हुए, पीएम मोदी ने कहा, “आज भारत आधुनिक बुनियादी ढांचे में 100 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के निवेश के इरादे से आगे बढ़ रहा है।
- प्रधानमंत्री ने आगे कहा कि उन्हें बहुत खुशी है कि दिल्ली-देहरादून आर्थिक गलियारे की आधारशिला रखी गई है। जब यह बनकर तैयार हो जाएगा तो दिल्ली से देहरादून की यात्रा में लगने वाला समय लगभग आधा हो जाएगा।
- विपक्ष पर तंज कसते हुए, पीएम मोदी ने कहा, “हमारे पहाड़ और संस्कृति न केवल हमारी आस्था बल्कि हमारे देश की सुरक्षा के किले भी हैं। हम पहाड़ों में रहने वाले लोगों के लिए जीवन को आसान बनाने को प्राथमिकता देते हैं। दुर्भाग्य से, यह नीति की रणनीति में कहीं नहीं था। जो दशकों तक सत्ता में रहे।
- उत्तराखंड में अपनी सरकार द्वारा किए गए कार्यों के बारे में बोलते हुए, पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि 2007 और 2014 के बीच, केंद्र सरकार ने उत्तराखंड में 600 करोड़ रुपये के केवल 288 किलोमीटर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग बनाए, जबकि भाजपा सरकार ने अपने 7 वर्षों में अधिक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों का निर्माण किया है। राज्य में 12,000 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य के 2,000 किमी से अधिक।
- विपक्ष पर और हमला करते हुए, पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि कुछ राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा केवल एक वर्ग को कुछ देने का प्रयास किया गया था जो उनके धर्म और जाति के थे, जिसे बाद में उन्हें वोट बैंक में बदलने की उम्मीद थी।
- पीएम ने आगे कहा कि इन राजनीतिक दलों ने एक और तरीका अपनाया जो लोगों को मजबूत बनाने के लिए नहीं था। इस विकृत राजनीति का आधार यह था कि लोगों की जरूरतें पूरी न करें, उन्हें आश्रित रखें।

उत्तराखंड में विकास परियोजनाओं के बारे में
प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय द्वारा एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है, “यात्रा का एक महत्वपूर्ण फोकस सड़क के बुनियादी ढांचे में सुधार के लिए परियोजनाओं पर होगा, जो यात्रा को आसान और सुरक्षित बना देगा, और इस क्षेत्र में पर्यटन को भी बढ़ाएगा। यह दृष्टि के अनुरूप है। उन क्षेत्रों में कनेक्टिविटी को बढ़ावा देने के लिए जो कभी दूर-दराज के माने जाते थे।”
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने 11 विकास परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला रखी. इन परियोजनाओं में दिल्ली-देहरादून आर्थिक गलियारा शामिल है जो 83,000 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनेगा और दिल्ली और देहरादून के बीच यात्रा के समय को घटाकर 2.5 घंटे कर देगा। एक अन्य परियोजना जिसका प्रधान मंत्री ने उद्घाटन किया वह ग्रीनफील्ड संरेखण परियोजना है जिसे 2,000 करोड़ रुपये से बनाया जाएगा। इसके साथ 16,000 करोड़ रुपये की लागत वाली हरिद्वार रिंग रोड परियोजना भी शामिल होगी। इससे कुमाऊं जोन को बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी मिलने और हरिद्वार शहर में ट्रैफिक कम होने की उम्मीद है।
अंतर्राज्यीय पर्यटन में सुधार और लगभग 17,000 करोड़ रुपये की लागत के लिए देहरादून-पोंटा साहिब रोड परियोजना का भी उद्घाटन किया गया। नजीबाबाद-कोटद्वार सड़क चौड़ीकरण परियोजना से यातायात कम होगा और लैंसडाउन से कनेक्टिविटी में सुधार होगा। लक्ष्मण झूला के किनारे गंगा नदी पर एक पुल भी बनाया जाएगा जो अब कम भार वहन क्षमता के कारण बंद कर दिया गया है। यह पुल पैदल चलने के साथ-साथ हल्के वाहनों के लिए भी उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
एक अन्य परियोजना जिसके लिए नींव रखी जाएगी, वह है बच्चों के लिए शहरों को सुरक्षित बनाने के लिए चाइल्ड फ्रेंडली सिटी प्रोजेक्ट। इस पर करीब 700 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे। अन्य परियोजनाओं के अलावा, सुगंधित पौधों की उच्च उपज वाली उन्नत किस्मों के अनुसंधान और विकास के लिए देहरादून में अत्याधुनिक इत्र और सुगंध प्रयोगशाला (सुगंधित पौधों के लिए केंद्र) का भी उद्घाटन किया जाएगा।
