हरियाणा के खेल एवं युवा मामले मंत्री संदीप सिंह ने कहा कि 14 साल पहले 22 अगस्त 2006 को शताब्दी एक्सप्रेस में सफर के दौरान गोली लगी थी और लोगों की दुआएं तथा परमात्मा की मेहर से दूसरा जीवनदान मिला। इसलिए हर साल 22 अगस्त को परमपिता परमात्मा का शुक्रिया अदा करने और जिन लोगों ने उनके स्वास्थ्य के लिए दुआएं की उनका धन्यवाद करने के लिए किसी न किसी धार्मिक स्थल पर पूजा अर्चना करते है। इसी कड़ी में कुरुक्षेत्र के प्राचीन श्रीस्थाणेश्वर महादेव मंदिर में परमात्मा का शुक्रिया अदा करने और विश्व को कोरोना से वायरस से मुक्ति दिलाने के लिए पूजा-अर्चना के लिए पहुंचे है।

खेलमंत्री संदीप सिंह शनिवार को श्रीस्थाणेश्वर महादेव मंदिर में पूजा-अर्चना करने के बाद बातचीत कर रहे थे। इससे पहले भारत साधु संत समाज के अध्यक्ष एवं महंत बंसीपुरी महाराज ने खेलमंत्री संदीप सिंह से विधिवत पूजा-अर्चना करवाई और विश्व को कोरोना से बचाने तथा शांति के लिए श्रीस्थाणेश्वर महादेव मंदिर के प्राचीन शिवलिंग पर महाजलाभिषेक करवाया। इस दौरान खेलमंत्री ने आरती भी की और 14 साल पहले नया जीवन देने पर परम पिता परमात्मा का शुक्रिया अदा किया और जिन लोगों ने उनके लिए दुआएं मांगी उनका धन्यवाद भी किया। इसके उपरांत खेलमंत्री संदीप सिंह ने श्रीस्थाणेश्वर महादेव मंदिर के प्रांगण में अपराजिता किस्म का एक पौधा भी रोपित किया। इस पौधे को महंत बंसीपुरी महाराज विशेष तौर पर लेकर आए। इस दौरान महंत बंसीपुरी महाराज ने खेलमंत्री संदीप सिंह को स्मृति चिन्ह व प्रसाद देकर सम्मानित किया।
2006 को एक हादसे में उनको गोली लगी मिला नया जीवनदान
खेलमंत्री संदीप सिंह ने बातचीत करते हुए कहा कि 22 अगस्त से 2006 को एक हादसे में उनको गोली लगी और सबकी दुआओं से नया जीवनदान मिला। इसलिए हर वर्ष 22 अगस्त को किसी न किसी धार्मिक स्थल पर जाकर पूजा-अर्चना करते है। आज कुरुक्षेत्र के सबसे प्राचीन श्रीस्थाणेश्वर महादेव मंदिर में पूजा अर्चना के लिए पहुंचे। यह उनका सौभाग्य है कि इस प्राचीन मंदिर में पूजा अर्चना करने का अवसर मिला और महंत बंसीपुरी महाराज के सानिध्य में परम पिता परमात्मा का धन्यावाद किया।
पूरा विश्व कोरोना वायरस से प्रभावित
उन्होंने कहा कि 14 साल पहले जिन लोगों ने उनकी लिए दुआएं मांगी, उन लोगों का वे स्वयं व उनके परिजन हमेशा आभारी रहेंगे। खेलमंत्री ने कहा कि आज पूरा विश्व कोरोना वायरस से प्रभावित है और पूरे विश्व को इस वायरस से मुक्ति दिलाने के लिए भी पूजा-पाठ किया गया है। भारतीय संस्कृति के अनुसार किसी भी कष्टï और बिमारी से मुक्ति के लिए परम पिता परमात्मा की अराधना और यज्ञ किए जाने चाहिए। इस देश की संस्कृति के अनुसार यज्ञ से वातावरण शुद्घ होता है। जब वातावरण शुद्घ होगा तो प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को कोरोना वायरस से लडऩे के लिए शक्ति भी मिलेगी। इस मौके पर रोशनपुरी महाराज, स्थाणु सेवा मंडल के प्रधान हंसराज कालड़ा, अक्षय नंदा, गुरप्रीत काम्बोज, अमितोज सिंह आदि उपस्थित थे।
