एनएसई को-लोकेशन घोटाला: सीबीआई ने शुरू किया कई शहरों में तलाशी अभियान
अधिकारियों के मुताबिक सीबीआई ने इस मामले में एनएसई की पूर्व सीईओ और एमडी चित्रा रामकृष्ण और ग्रुप ऑपरेटिंग ऑफिसर आनंद सुब्रमण्यम के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की है।
नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने शनिवार को नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (एनएसई) को-लोकेशन घोटाला मामले में कई शहरों में 10 से अधिक स्थानों पर एक समन्वित तलाशी अभियान शुरू किया, अधिकारियों ने कहा, पीटीआई ने बताया। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी के तलाशी अभियान में मुंबई, गांधीनगर, दिल्ली, नोएडा, गुरुग्राम और कोलकाता सहित अन्य शहरों में 12 से अधिक परिसरों में दलाल शामिल होंगे। अधिकारियों के मुताबिक सीबीआई ने इस मामले में एनएसई की पूर्व सीईओ और एमडी चित्रा रामकृष्ण और ग्रुप ऑपरेटिंग ऑफिसर आनंद सुब्रमण्यम के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की है।
जांच ने अब तक स्थापित किया है कि प्राथमिकी में अभियुक्तों में से एक रामकृष्ण ने “फ्यूचर्स एंड ऑप्शंस” सेगमेंट में 670 कारोबारी दिनों में सेकेंडरी पीओपी सर्वर से कनेक्ट किया था, जब वह एनएसई, ओपीजी सिक्योरिटीज के मामलों का प्रबंधन कर रही थी। पीटीआई के अनुसार, केंद्रीय जांच ने एनएसई के अधिकारियों द्वारा दलालों को दी गई कुछ तरजीही पहुंच और रामकृष्ण और सुब्रमण्यम के कार्यकाल के दौरान इससे होने वाले अनुचित लाभ की जांच को खुला रखा है।
2013 में पूर्व सीईओ रवि नारायण की जगह लेने वाले रामकृष्ण ने सुब्रमण्यम को अपना सलाहकार नियुक्त किया था।
अधिकारियों ने कहा कि सुब्रमण्यम को बाद में सालाना 4.21 करोड़ रुपये के मोटे वेतन चेक पर समूह संचालन अधिकारी के रूप में पदोन्नत किया गया था।
सुब्रमण्यम की विवादास्पद नियुक्ति और बाद में पदोन्नति, महत्वपूर्ण निर्णयों के अलावा, एक अज्ञात व्यक्ति द्वारा निर्देशित किया गया था, जिसे रामकृष्ण ने दावा किया था कि वह एक निराकार रहस्यमय “योगी” (रहस्यवादी) था, जो सेबी द्वारा आदेशित ऑडिट के दौरान उनके ई-मेल एक्सचेंजों की जांच करता था। समाचार एजेंसी के अनुसार दिखाया था।
इससे पहले शुक्रवार को दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने को-लोकेशन मामले में रामकृष्ण की जमानत याचिका पर सीबीआई से जवाब मांगा था. न्यायमूर्ति सुधीर कुमार जैन ने जमानत अर्जी पर नोटिस जारी कर मामले की अगली सुनवाई 31 मई के लिए सूचीबद्ध कर दी है।
