बरोदा उप-चुनाव के लिए 9 से 16 अक्तूबर तक जमा किये जायेंगे नामांकन: पूनिया
जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी एवं उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि 33 बरोदा उप-चुनाव 3 नवंबर को होंगे, जिसके अंतर्गत 9 से 16 अक्तूबर तक नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किये जा सकते हैं।

जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी एवं उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि 33 बरोदा उप-चुनाव 3 नवंबर को होंगे, जिसके अंतर्गत 9 से 16 अक्तूबर तक नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किये जा सकते हैं। नामांकन ऑनलाईन भी किया जा सकते है, किंतु निर्वाचन अधिकारी के समक्ष फिजीकली उपस्थिति अनिवार्य होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि 17 अक्तूबर को नामांकन पत्रों की जांच की जाएगी और 19 अक्तूबर को नामांकन पत्र वापिस लिए जा सकेंगे। मतगणना 10 नवंबर को होगी जिसके लिए बीआईटीएस मोहाना का चयन किया गया है।
बरोदा उप-चुनाव के दृष्टिगत जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी कम उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया मंगलवार को लघु सचिवालय में पत्रकारवार्ता की इसमें यह जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू है जिसकी सबको पूर्ण अनुपालना करनी होगी। शांतिपूर्वक चुनाव संपन्न करवाने के लिए 10 फ्लाईंग स्कवायड टीम (एफएसटी), 10 स्टैटिक्स सर्विलांस टीम (एसएसटी), तथा चार वीएसटी और चार वीवीटी टीमें गठित की गई हैं। उप-चुनाव में प्रचार के लिए की जाने वाली रैलियों के लिए स्थान निर्धारित किए जा चुके हैं। अनुमति के लिए सुविधा ऐप पर आवेदन किया जा सकता है। साथ ही आचार संहिता की उल्लंघना इत्यादि शिकायतों के लिए सी-विजिल सिटीजन ऐप है।
पूनिया ने कहा कि 80 वर्ष से अधिक आयु वर्ग के वृद्ध तथा दिव्यांग मतदाताओं के लिए पोस्टल बैलेट पेपर जारी किया जाएगा। 80 वर्ष व इससे अधिक आयु वर्ग के 5092 मतदाता हैं, जिनमें 2283 पुरुष व 2809 महिला मतदाता हैं। दिव्यांग मतदाताओं की कुल संख्या 1856 है। 180 लोकेशन में 280 मतदान केंद्र स्थापित किये गये हैं।
पत्रकारवार्ता में पुलिस अधीक्षक जशनदीप सिंह रंधावा ने कहा कि उप-चुनाव में ढ़ाई से तीन गुणा अधिक पुलिस फोर्स तैनात रहेगी। पैरामिलिट्री फोर्स की मांग भी की गई है। लाईसेंसी हथियार 10 अक्तूबर तक संबंधित पुलिस थानों अथवा गन हाऊस में जमा करवाने होंगे। अभी तक 22 प्रतिशत हथियार जमा किये जा चुके हैं। हिस्ट्रीशीटरों के विरूद्ध प्रिवेंशन एक्शन लिया जाएगा। मोस्ट वांटेड, पैरोल जम्पर, बेल जम्पर व हाईकोर्ट से लंबित गिरफ्तारी के आरोपियों को अगले 15 दिनों में गिरफ्तार करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
