दो दिन दुकानें बन्द रखने के आदेश के खिलाफ व्यापारियों ने धरना दिया
गीता भवन चौक पर जिला व्यापार मण्डल ने दिया सांकेतिक धरना, माँगे नहीं मानी तो सोमवार को लेंगे प्रशासन को चाबी सौंपने का निर्णय

दो दिन दुकानें बंद रखने के सरकारी आदेश से खफा व्यापारियों ने शनिवार को जिला व्यापार मंडल के बैनर तले गीता भवन मोबाईल मार्किट में सांकेतिक धरना दिया और सोमवार व मंगलवार को दुकान बंद रखने के मामले में सरकार से तुगलकी फरमान को वापस लेने की मांग की। मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन ने धरनास्थल पर पहुंच कर व्यापारियों को शान्त किया ।
राजीव जैन ने कहा कि सरकार व्यापारी वर्ग के साथ है। व्यापारियों को नुक्सान करवाने की मंशा नहीं है। पिछले 5 वर्षो से व्यापारियों के सुझावों पर ही व्यापारी कल्याण कोष के माध्यम से सभी जीएसटी वाले दुकानदारों की दुकानों मुफ्त में बीमा करवाया गया।दंगा पीड़ित दुकानदारों को भी मुआवजा दिलवाया। उन्होनें गृह मन्त्री अनिल विज व चीफ सैक्टरी केशवी आनन्द अरोड़ा से फोन कर व्यापारियों की समस्या से अवगत करवा दिया है। सरकार विभिन्न जिलों के व्यापारी प्रतिनिधियों से शीघ्र वार्तालाप करके व्यापारी हित में निर्णय लेगी।
जिला प्रधान संजय सिंगला ने कहा कि शनिवार व रविवार को दो दिन दुकानें बन्द करने के सरकारी आदेश का दुकानदार पहले ही विरोध कर रहे थे और अब सरकार ने सोमवार व मंगलवार को दुकानें बन्द करने का तुगलकी फरमान जारी कर व्यापारियों से छल किया है। सरकार को दुकानें बन्द करने के आदेश को वापस लेना चाहिए।
संयोजक संजय वर्मा ने कहा कि मांगे नहीं मानी तो व्यापारी सोमवार को 11 बजे कच्चे क्वार्टर बाजार में एकत्रित होकर अपनी दुकानों की चाबियाँ जिला प्रशासन को सौंपने का निर्णय लेंगे और आगे की रणनीति पर विचार करेंगे।
जिला प्रवक्ता पवन तनेजा ने कहा कि व्यापारी वर्ग ने हमेशा सरकार का साथ दिया है और व्यापारियों के हितों की अनदेखी नहीं होनी चाहिए। सप्ताह में केवल एक दिन रविवार की ही छुट्टी होनी चाहिए। विधायक सुरेन्द्र पंवार ने कमल हसीजा के माध्यम से जिला व्यापार मण्डल को समर्थन पत्र सौंपा। जिला उपप्रधान सुशील स्याल, राम नारायण गोयल, नरेंद्र धवन, रविन्द्र सरोहा सहित विभिन्न मार्किट प्रधान एवं गणमान्य मौजूद रहे।
