मणिपुर चुनाव 2022: मणिपुर के अगले 25 साल तय करने के लिए राज्य के लिए बीजेपी सरकार जरूरी: पीएम मोदी
चुनाव के बाद बनने वाली राज्य सरकार मणिपुर के भविष्य का निर्माण करेगी और डबल इंजन सरकार पूर्वोत्तर के विकास का मार्ग प्रशस्त कर रही है।
नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: मणिपुर में अगले सप्ताह मतदान होने के साथ, प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज राज्य का दौरा किया और इम्फाल में चुनावी रैलियों को संबोधित किया। पहली बार वोट कर रहे मतदाताओं से अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करने का आग्रह करते हुए पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि आगामी चुनाव राज्य के 25 साल तय करने वाले हैं.
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि चुनाव के बाद बनने वाली राज्य सरकार मणिपुर के भविष्य का निर्माण करेगी और डबल इंजन सरकार पूर्वोत्तर के विकास का मार्ग प्रशस्त कर रही है।
पीएम मोदी के भाषण के मुख्य बिंदु:
- पीएम मोदी ने कहा, ‘पिछले 5 सालों में बीजेपी की डबल इंजन सरकार ने मणिपुर के समग्र विकास की दिशा में काम किया. आपने बीजेपी के सुशासन और अच्छे इरादों को देखा है. पिछले 5 सालों में हमारे काम ने अगले 25 सालों की नींव रखी है।
- प्रधानमंत्री ने आगे कहा कि पिछले महीने मणिपुर ने अपने गठन के 50 साल पूरे किए। राज्य ने पिछले कुछ दशकों में कई सरकारों को देखा है। दशकों के कांग्रेस शासन के बाद, मणिपुर में केवल असमानता थी।
- कांग्रेस पार्टी पर निशाना साधते हुए पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि बीजेपी सरकार ने असंभव को संभव कर दिखाया है. मणिपुर के हर क्षेत्र को बंद और बंद से राहत मिली है. दूसरी ओर, कांग्रेस ने मणिपुर की मुख्य विशेषता बंद और नाकेबंदी की थी।

- महिला सशक्तिकरण पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए पीएम मोदी ने कहा, “10 में से हर 7 मणिपुरी अब मुफ्त राशन से लाभान्वित हो रहा है। मणिपुरी महिलाओं ने विदेशी ताकतों के खिलाफ एक ऐतिहासिक लड़ाई का नेतृत्व किया था। पूर्व सरकारों ने कभी भी मणिपुरी महिलाओं के जीवन को आसान नहीं बनाया। केवल एनडीए सरकार उनकी समस्याओं को समझा और उनके जीवन को बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में काम किया।
- पीएम मोदी ने जोड़ा। “कांग्रेस नेता मणिपुर आते हैं और बड़े-बड़े दावे करते हैं लेकिन अन्य राज्यों में पूर्वोत्तर भारत के पहनावे और संस्कृति का मज़ाक उड़ाते हैं। कांग्रेस ने मणिपुर को पहाड़ियों और घाटियों के बीच विभाजित किया और इस पर राजनीति की। उन्होंने इस क्षेत्र में कनेक्टिविटी के विकास और सुधार पर कभी काम नहीं किया।
- पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि म्यांमार-थाईलैंड को जोड़ने वाला राजमार्ग पूरा होने के बाद मणिपुर पूर्वी एशिया संपर्क का एक महत्वपूर्ण केंद्र बन जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि रेल संपर्क से क्षेत्र में पर्यटन में सुधार होगा। इससे युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर मिलेंगे। पिछले कुछ वर्षों में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग कनेक्टिविटी में भी अभूतपूर्व काम हुआ है। पिछली सरकार में केवल 1 एनएच परियोजना पर काम हुआ था जबकि डबल इंजन सरकार लगभग 40 एनएच विकसित कर रही है।
संबोधन के बाद पीएम मोदी ने कार्यक्रम देखने पहुंचे मणिपुर में भाजपा समर्थकों का अभिवादन किया। पिछले हफ्ते जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) ने 2022 के मणिपुर विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए अपना चुनावी घोषणापत्र जारी किया था और क्षेत्रीय अखंडता की सुरक्षा और मणिपुर के स्वदेशी लोगों और इसकी समृद्ध संस्कृति के अधिकारों के संरक्षण पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए ‘मुफ्त’ का वादा किया था।
भाजपा के शीर्ष वादों में राज्य के सभी पीएम उज्ज्वला लाभार्थियों को सालाना दो मुफ्त एलपीजी सिलेंडर उपलब्ध कराना शामिल है। प्रदेश की सभी मेधावी महाविद्यालय जाने वाली छात्राओं को निःशुल्क स्कूटी प्रदान की जायेगी। रानी गैदिनलिउ नुपी महेरोई सिंगी योजना के तहत ईडब्ल्यूएस और पिछड़े वर्ग की लड़कियों को 25,000 की प्रोत्साहन राशि प्रदान की जाएगी।
मणिपुर में दो चरणों में 28 फरवरी और 5 मार्च को मतदान होगा। मतों की गिनती 10 मार्च को होगी।
