मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन ने कहा कि भगवान परशुराम भगवान विष्णु के छठे अवतार थे और हमेशा ही निर्बलों के हिमाती रहे। उनके नाम में ही पराक्रम झलकता है, क्योंकि परशु शब्द पराक्रम का और राम शब्द सत्य सनातन का प्रतीक है।

लॉकडाउन की अवधि में सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करते भाजपा नेता राजीव जैन ने आईटीआई चौक पर निर्माणाधीन परशुराम चौक भगवान परशुराम के चित्र पर पुष्प अर्पित किए। उन्होंने कहा कि भगवान परशुराम शस्त्र और शास्त्र के समन्वय का नाम है और संतुलन उनका पैगाम रहा है। भगवान परशुराम अक्षय तृतीया को जन्मे हैं, इसलिए परशुराम की शस्त्र शक्ति भी अक्षय है और शास्त्र संपदा भी अनंत है।

उन्होंने कहा कि विश्वकर्मा के अभिमंत्रित दो दिव्य धनुषों की प्रत्यंचा पर केवल परशुराम ही बाण चढ़ा सकते थे। यह उनकी अक्षय शक्ति का प्रतीक था। वह किसी एक समाज के नहीं थे बल्कि सभी के पूज्य हैं। उन्होंने जो संदेश दिया वह आज भी कारगर है। शास्त्र और शस्त्र के ज्ञाता भगवान परशुराम ने जीवन भर अन्याय का विरोध किया। दीन दुखियों और जरूरतमंदों की मदद की है। उनकी शिक्षाएं आज भी समाज को रास्ता दिखा रही हैं। सभा के संरक्षक श्याम लाल कौशिक ने कहा कि परशुराम चौक बनाने के लिए पूर्व मंत्री कविता जैन द्वारा स्वैच्छिक कोष से 10 लाख रुपए देकर समाज को एक बेहतर मंच उपलब्ध करवाया गया है। राजेन्द्र शर्मा, रामकुमार शर्मा, सुजीत राठी भी मौजूद रहे।
