उप्र में कानून व्यवस्था दम तोड़ रही है: मायावती

बहुजन समाज पार्टी(बसपा) अध्यक्ष मायावती ने उत्तर प्रदेश की कानून व्यवस्था पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि राज्य में अपराध-नियंत्रण व कानून-व्यवस्था के मामले में पूर्ववर्ती समाजवादी पार्टी (सपा) और भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) की सरकार में भला फिर अब क्या अन्तर रह गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश में कानून-व्यवस्था दम तोड़ रही है। बुधवार को अलीगढ़ में स्थानीय भाजपा विधायक और पुलिस द्वारा एक-दूसरे पर लगाया गया था। आरोप और मारपीट अति-गंभीर और काफी चिन्ताजनक है। उन्होंने इस प्रकरण की न्यायोचित जांच कराकर जो भी दोषी हो उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की। सुश्री मायावती ने गुरूवार को ट्वीटकर कहा, “यूपी में अब कानून-व्यवस्था दम तोड़ रही है।
लगातार हो रही जंगलराज जैसी घटना
कल अलीगढ़ में स्थानीय भाजपा विधायक व पुलिस द्वारा एक-दूसरे पर लगाया गया आरोप व मारपीट अति-गंभीर व काफी चिन्ताजनक। इस प्रकरण की न्यायोचित जाँच होनी चाहिए व जो भी दोषी हैं उनके विरूद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए, बीएसपी की यह माँग है।” उन्होंने कहा “साथ ही, यूपी में इस प्रकार की लगातार हो रही जंगलराज जैसी घटनाओं से यह स्पष्ट है कि खासकर अपराध-नियंत्रण व कानून-व्यवस्था के मामले में सपा व बीजेपी की सरकार में भला फिर क्या अन्तर रह गया है? सरकार इसपर समुचित ध्यान दे, बीएसपी की जनहित में यही सलाह।”
सुविधाओं का अभाव
बसपा अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि सुविधाओं के अभाव में चिकित्सक जान जोखिम में डालकर कोरोना पीड़ितों की सेवा कर रहे है। चिकित्सकों पर सरकारी दबाव से स्थिति बिगड़ रही है। उन्होंने कहा, यूपी में समुचित सुविधा के अभाव में जान जोखिम में डालकर कोरोना पीड़ितों की सेवा में लगे डाक्टरों पर सरकारी दबाव/धमकी से स्थिति बिगड़ रही है, जिस कारण ही वाराणसी में 32 स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र प्रभारियों का इस्तीफा। सरकार बिना भेदभाव व पूरी सुविधा देकर उनसे सेवा ले तो बेहतर होगा।
स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की स्थिति खराब
मायावती ने कहा कि राज्य में कोरोना केन्द्रो तथा निजी अस्पतालों को स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की स्थिति खराब है। इसके लिये सरकार को व्यावहारिक नीति बनाकर समुचित संसाधन उपलब्ध कराकर उस पर अमल करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा, “साथ ही, कोरोना केन्द्रों व निजी अस्पतालों में भी कोरोना स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की स्थिति काफी खराब है, जिस कारण उन्हें आत्महत्या का प्रयास करने तक को मजबूर होना पड रहा है, जो अति-दुःखद। सरकार व्यावहारिक नीति बनाकर व समुचित संसाधन देकर सही से उसपर अमल करे, बीएसपी की यह मांग है।”
