नई दिल्ली: लखीमपुर के तिकुनिया इलाके में चार किसानों और एक पत्रकार की हत्या के लगभग तीन महीने बाद, विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) की जांच रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि यह एक सनकी दुर्घटना नहीं बल्कि एक सुनियोजित साजिश थी। जांच टीम ने इसे ”हत्या की सुनियोजित साजिश” बताते हुए केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री अजय मिश्रा टेनी के पुत्र मुख्य आरोपी आशीष मिश्रा समेत सभी आरोपियों पर कई गंभीर धाराएं लगा दी हैं।

अभी जो जांच चल रही है उसमें एसआईटी ने पाया है कि जेल में बंद सभी आरोपियों ने धारा 307, धारा 326 और धारा 34 का अपराध किया है. जांचकर्ता ने सोमवार को अदालत में आवेदन कर आरोपी की रिमांड की मांग की और कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को आरोपी को तलब किया है।
एसआईटी के मुख्य जांच अधिकारी विद्याराम दिवाकर ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यह लापरवाही से वाहन चलाते समय आकस्मिक मौत का मामला नहीं है। “एक सोची समझी साजिश के तहत भीड़ को कुचलने की साजिश, हत्या और हत्या के प्रयास का मामला है।
इस घटना ने आठ लोगों की जान ले ली थी जब एक जीप ने केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री के विरोध में लौट रहे किसानों को कुचल दिया था। सामने आए वीडियो से पता चलता है कि वाहनों ने बिना उकसावे के किसानों को पीछे से कुचल दिया था। साथ ही एक पत्रकार की कथित तौर पर जीप के पहिए के नीचे कुचलने से मौत हो गई थी। इस घटना के बाद गुस्साई भीड़ ने भाजपा के तीन कार्यकर्ताओं को जवाबी कार्रवाई में पीट-पीट कर मार डाला।
