आजकल भाग दौड भरी जिन्दगी में सड़क सुरक्षा एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय है। इस बारे में खासकर आज के युवाओं को इसके प्रति जागरूक करना सबसे महत्वपूर्ण कार्य है। लोगों को सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति विभिन्न तरीकों से जागरुक करना जरुरी है।
एसएस न्यूज. कुरुक्षेत्र। आजकल भाग दौड भरी जिन्दगी में सड़क सुरक्षा एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय है। इस बारे में खासकर आज के युवाओं को इसके प्रति जागरूक करना सबसे महत्वपूर्ण कार्य है। लोगों को सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति विभिन्न तरीकों से जागरुक करना जरुरी है। इस बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए उप पुलिस अधीक्षक यातायात नरेन्द्र सिंह ने बताया कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को सड़क का प्रयोग करना पड़ता है। चाहे वह वाहन से हो या पैदल। सडक पर निकलते ही हमारा सबसे पहला कर्तव्य है यातायात के नियमों की पालना करना । इन्हीं नियमों की पालना करवाने, यातायात व्वस्था को सुचारु रुप से चलाने व सडक दुर्घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए लिए जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक कुरुक्षेत्र हिमांशु गर्ग के मार्ग निर्देश में जिला पुलिस कुरुक्षेत्र में यातायात को तीन जोनों में बांट कर तीन निरीक्षक स्तर के अधिकारियों को यातायात प्रभारी लगाया गया। यातायात को सुचारु रुप से चलाने के लिए यातायात पुलिसकर्मी दिन व रात कि शिफ्टों में डयूटी कर रहे हैं।

आमजन को पुलिस का सहयोग करना चाहिए
शहर की यातायात व्यवस्था को सही ढंग से चलाने व यातायात कर्मी से यातायात को बेहतर तरीके से चलाने की उम्मीद के साथ ही आमजन को पुलिस का सहयोग करना चाहिए। वाहन लेकर सडक पर चलने से पहले यह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि आपके वाहन के सारे कागजात आपके पास हैं या नहीं। अगर आप दो पहिया वाहन का प्रयोग कर रहे हो तो अपने सिर पर हैल्मेट व अगर चार पहिया वाहन का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हो तो सीट बैल्ट अवश्य लगा कर निकलें । सडक पर अनावश्यक होर्न का प्रयोग न करें व अपना वाहन निर्धारित गति में ही चलाएं। कुछ शरारती तत्व अपने वाहनों के साथ सडक पर स्टंट करने की कोशिश करते हैं, जो स्वयं की जिंदगी तो दांव पर लगाते है व दूसरों के लिए भी मुसीबत बनते हैं। वहीं कुछ युवा सडक पर चैकिंग कर रही पुलिस को देखकर वह अपने वाहनों को या तो तेज गति से दौडा कर निकलने का प्रयास करते हैं या फिर वापिस मुडकर भागने का प्रयास करते हैं। यह तरीका जानलेवा हो सकता है। इस तरह से लापरवाही करके या तो वह स्वयं की जान को खतरे में डालते हैं या फिर किसी अन्य चालक को चोटिल करते हैं या उसकी जान को खतरा हो सकता है।
मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के नियमों की पालना करना सुनिश्चित करें
आमजन से अपील है कि आप अगर सडक पर निकलते हो तो अपने वाहन के सारे कागजातों के साथ-साथ मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के नियमों की पालना करना सुनिश्चित करें। नाके पर चैकिंग कर रहें पुलिसकर्मियों के गाडी रोकने के ईशारे पर साईड में गाडी रोककर उनको अपने वाहन के कागजात चैक करवायें । पुलिसकर्मी दिन-रात आमजन के सहयोग के लिए सडकों पर खडे रहते हैं। आमजन का भी यह फर्ज बनता है कि वह पुलिस का सहयोग करें ताकि जिला में यातायात व्यवस्था को सुचारु रुप से चलाया जा सके। पुलिसकर्मियों को सडक पर लगने वाले जामों से निजात दिलाने में सहयोग करके आप एक अच्छे नागरिक होने का फर्ज अदा करें। आप से अपील है कि सेवा, सुरक्षा व सहयोग के लिए सडक पर खडे पुलिसकर्मियों का सहयोग करें ।
