- कहा – जो उद्घाटन वर्चुअल हो सकते हैं, वहां भीड़ जुटा कर कोविड प्रोटोकॉल का किया उल्लंघन क्यों!
- पूर्व चेयरपर्सन ने बिगड़ते हुई स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं व कानून व्यवस्था को लेकर सरकार को घेरा।

पूर्व चेयरपर्सन ने कहा कि हद तो तब हुई जब पुलिस द्वारा माताओं – बहनों पर भी बहुत ही बर्बरतापूर्ण तरीके से लाठीचार्ज व आंसू गैस के गोले छोड़े गए, जो कि बेहद शर्मशार है। उन्होंने कहा मन को पीड़ा होती है यह देखकर जब राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग व राज्य महिला आयोग स्वायत्त निकाय होते हुए भी असफल व संवेदनहीन हो चुका है, जोकि लोकतंत्र के लिए बेहद खतरनाक व चिंताजनक विषय है।
पांचाल ने कहा कि किसान कमेरे की कमर पर पड़ी एक-एक लाठी का जवाब सरकार को देना पड़ेगा। किसान अपनी सन्तानों उनके भविष्य को बचाने के लिए ही दिल्ली बॉर्डर व अन्य धरना स्थलों पर बैठा हुआ है। अन्नदाता अपनी आखिरी सांस तक मुकाबला करेगा। सीएम खट्टर हताशा में अपनी असफलता छुपाने के लिए किसानों की आड़ लेकर प्रदेश में दंगें करा रहें हैं, क्योंकि वो व्यावसायिक घरानों की प्रतिबद्धता की ज़िद्द की बजाय देश की जनता की चिंता करते तो आज किसान आंदोलन की मांगो को मानकर देश में शांति और विश्वास का भाव पैदा हो चुका होता।

पूर्व चेयरपर्सन ने कहा जब 3 मई को लॉकडाउन की घोषणा के समय जारी आदेश के क्रमांक 16 के पार्ट C में लिखा है कि हर तरह के कार्यक्रमों पर पाबंदी रहेगी। जो उद्घाटन वर्चुअल हो सकते हैं, वहां भीड़ जुटा कर कोविड प्रोटोकॉल का किया उल्लंघन क्यों! फिर लॉकडाउन के दौरान 11 लोग शादी व अंत्येष्टि में शामिल होंगे परन्तु सरकार के कार्यक्रम में लगातार 500 लोगों से अधिक भीड़ हो रही है, आखिर इनका जिम्मेदारी कौन है!
