नई दिल्ली जीजेडी न्यूज ब्यूरो): न्यायमूर्ति कृष्णा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता वाली कर्नाटक उच्च न्यायालय की एकल पीठ ने बुधवार को हिजाब प्रतिबंध मुद्दे को एक बड़ी पीठ के पास भेज दिया। पीठ ने लड़कियों को हिजाब पहनकर कॉलेजों में जाने की अनुमति देने वाले अंतरिम आदेश को पारित करने से भी इनकार कर दिया। बेंच ने कहा कि लाइव लॉ के मुताबिक अंतरिम राहत पर बड़ी बेंच विचार करेगी।

कर्नाटक उच्च न्यायालय में न्यायमूर्ति कृष्णा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता वाली एकल पीठ ने मंगलवार को कहा कि अदालत तर्क से चलेगी, न कि जुनून या भावनाओं से। याचिकाकर्ताओं की ओर से पेश हुए वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता देवदत्त कामत ने मंगलवार को इस समाचार पोर्टल की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, “हेडस्कार्फ़ पहनना मुस्लिम संस्कृति का एक अनिवार्य हिस्सा है।
कर्नाटक उच्च न्यायालय कॉलेज में हिजाब पहनने पर प्रतिबंध पर सवाल उठाते हुए पांच छात्रों द्वारा दायर मामले की सुनवाई कर रहा था। यह विवाद पहली बार 27 दिसंबर को शुरू हुआ, जब छह हिजाब पहने छात्रों को कक्षाओं में जाने से रोक दिया गया था। और बाद में कर्नाटक में भाजपा की सत्तारूढ़ सरकार ने स्पष्ट रूप से एक स्टैंड लिया है कि स्कूलों और कॉलेजों में एकरूपता होनी चाहिए ताकि छात्रों को परिसरों के अंदर हिजाब या भगवा शॉल के साथ अनुमति नहीं दी जानी चाहिए।
सरकार ने दो सप्ताह के लिए स्कूलों, कॉलेजों के पास विरोध प्रदर्शन पर रोक लगा दी है।
इस बीच, हिजाब पहने छात्रों और भगवा-शॉल पहनने वाले छात्रों के बीच बढ़ती अशांति के बीच, कर्नाटक के मुख्यमंत्री बसवराज बोम्मई ने तीन दिनों के लिए स्कूल और कॉलेज बंद करने का आदेश दिया।
इसके अलावा, सरकार ने बुधवार को अगले दो सप्ताह के लिए बेंगलुरु में स्कूलों, पीयू कॉलेजों, डिग्री कॉलेजों या इसी तरह के अन्य शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के गेट से 200 मीटर के दायरे में इकट्ठा होने, विरोध प्रदर्शन पर भी प्रतिबंध लगाने का आदेश दिया है।
