मेगा फूड पार्क का निरीक्षण: खाद्य प्रसंस्करण के संयुक्त सचिव अतुल सक्सेना ने किया बड़ी मेगा फूड पार्क का निरीक्षण
केंद्रीय खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग मंत्रालय के संयुक्त सचिव अतुल सक्सेना ने बड़ी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में निर्मित मेगा फूड पार्क का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान फूड पार्क व ग्रेन स्टोर आदि चीजों की जांच की। सक्सेना ने बताया कि शीघ्र ही बड़ी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में मेगा फूड पार्क का उद्घाटन होगा। लोगों को फूड पार्क प्रत्यक्ष एवं अप्रत्यक्ष रोजगार देगा।

युक्त मेगा फूड पार्क
क्षेत्र में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण के लिए स्थापित की गई आधुनिक बुनियादी ढांचागत सुविधाओं से युक्त मेगा फूड पार्क है। इसके शुरू होने के बाद आसपास के क्षेत्रों के किसान, उत्पादक, प्रोसेसर एवं उपभोक्ता काफी लाभांवित होंगे और इसके साथ ही यह खाद्य प्रसंस्करण क्षेत्र के विकास में काफी मददगार साबित होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग मंत्रालय खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग को बढ़ावा देने पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर रहा है, ताकि कृषि क्षेत्र तेजी से विकास करे और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के किसान की आय दोगुनी करने के सपने को पूरा करने की दशा में कदम बढ़ाया जा सके।
अधूरे पड़े कामों को जल्द पूरा करने के निर्देश
उन्होंने अधिकारियों को फूड पार्क में अधूरे पड़े कामों को जल्द से जल्द पूरा करने के भी निर्देश दिए। इस मौके पर उनके साथ राई फूड पार्क के अलॉटी संजय गुप्ता, बड़ी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के प्रबंधक विनोद कातियाल, एक्सईएन राजबीर, एसडीओ जगदीश, रोहताश पवार के अलावा अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
27 करोड़ की लागत से 75 एकड़ में बनेगा फूड पार्क
बडी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में 27 करोड़ की लागत से 75 एकड़ में मेगा फूड पार्क व कोर प्रोसेसिंग सेंटर बन रहा है। इसमें 12 स्टैंडर्ड डिजाइन फैक्ट्री बनाकर फूड इंडस्ट्री को बढ़ावा देगी। यहां 17 करोड़ रुपये से मेगा फूड पार्क बनाया जाएगा तो 10 करोड़ की लागत से कोर प्रोसेसिंग सेंटर बनाया गया है। इसके अलावा एचएसआईआईडीसी की ओर से इसमें फ्रीजिंग यूनिट लगाई गई हैं।
