गांव सिंसाय के समाजसेवी ,पूर्व बिजली बोर्ड के जेई चौधरी सज्जन सिंह कालीरावण को बोर्ड का सदस्य बनाए जाने पर प्रदेश के उपमुख्य मंत्री दुष्यत चौटाला व पूर्व सांसद अंजय सिंह चौटाला व पार्टी के अध्यक्ष पूर्व एमएलए निशान सिंह का आभार जताया हैं । सज्जन सिंह पहले राप्ट्रीय कालीरावण रवाप के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष भी रहे चुके हैं औऱ आजकल फिलहाल दिल्ली गेट के पास अग्रवाल कालोनी में रहते है और वे पंचायतों में जाकर सामाजिक भाईचारा को मजबूत करने में समय लगा रहे ।
