इंटरनेशनल डेल्फ़िक काउंसिल (IDC) ने डेल्फ़िक गेम्स को बढ़ावा देने के लिए दक्षिण एशियाई क्षेत्र के लिए प्रभारी के रूप में बिजेंदर गोयल को अपना सलाहकार नियुक्त किया है। उन्हें उस क्षेत्र में सभी राष्ट्रीय डेल्फ़िक परिषदों को पुनर्जीवित करने और डेल्फ़िक खेलों के विकास की निगरानी का काम सौंपा गया है। श्री गोयल भारत के झारखंड राज्य के एक पूर्व मंत्री हैं और अब आपदा प्रबंधन पर राष्ट्रीय परिषद के अध्यक्ष, एसोसिएटेड चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स (एसोचैम) और बीर टिकेंद्रजीत विश्वविद्यालय, मणिपुर के गवर्निंग काउंसिल के सदस्य हैं। उन्हें इस क्षेत्र में भूकंप की पूर्व चेतावनी प्रौद्योगिकी शुरू करने के लिए जाना जाता है।
