जिलाधीश गारिमा मित्तल के द्वारा जारी गत 25 अप्रैल के आदेशानुसार जिला फरीदाबाद में कोविड -19 महामारी के कारण मौजूदा स्थितियों को देखते हुए आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 30 और अन्य सभी के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अधिसूचित मैक्रो कंट्रक्शन ज़ोन में प्रतिबंध लगाए गए है। जिलाधीश ने ये आदेश आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम की शक्तियों के तहत कोविड -19 के दौरान, अधिसूचित मैक्रो गतिविधियों को विनियमित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।

स्वास्थ्य के बड़े हित में नियंत्रण क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत तत्काल कड़े उपाय लागूजिला फरीदाबाद के क्षेत्रों में सार्वजनिक और स्वास्थ्य के बड़े हित में नियंत्रण क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत तत्काल कड़े उपाय लागू किए गए हैं। आम जनता के स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा के लिए इस तरह के खतरे को रोकने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाए गए हैं। कोविड -19 के प्रसार का
सभी औद्योगिक प्रतिष्ठान, निर्माण संबंधी इकाइयों की निर्माण इकाई साइटें प्रभावित नहीं होंगी। दैनिक वस्तुएं जैसे भोजनालयों, बेकरी, कन्फेक्शनरी, दूध की दुकान, सब्जी की दुकानें व फलों की दुकानें प्रात: 10:00 बजे से कार्यशील रहेगी। आदेशों के अनुसार होम डिलीवरी सेवा को प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है।
सभी दुकाने सुबह 11:00 बजे से शाम 06:00 बजे तक खुली रहेंगी
सभी रेस्तरां में भोजन की सुविधाओं पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा, हालांकि पैकिंग और लेना दूर / होम डिलीवरी सेवा रात 9:00 बजे तक की अनुमति है। अस्पताल और उनके निर्माण सहित सभी संबंधित चिकित्सा प्रतिष्ठान और डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन इकाइयाँ दोनों सार्वजनिक और निजी क्षेत्रों में जैसे डिस्पेंसरी, केमिस्ट और चिकित्सा उपकरण की दुकानें, प्रयोगशालाएं, क्लीनिक, नर्सिंग होम, एम्बुलेंस आदि जारी रहेंगे। राशन की दुकानों (पीडीएस के तहत) सहित दुकानें, सुबह 11:00 बजे से शाम 06:00 बजे तक खुली रहेंगी।
यह रहेंगें चौबीस घंटे कार्यशील

सभी स्थानों पर जनता के लिए बंद कर दिया गया। कोई भी धार्मिक मण्डली को बिना किसी अपवाद के अनुमति नही दी जाएगी। सभी सामाजिक / राजनीतिक खेल / मनोरंजन / शैक्षणिक / सांस्कृतिक / धार्मिक कार्य / सभाएँ वर्जित रहेंगी। 65 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के व्यक्ति, सह-रुग्णता वाले व्यक्ति, गर्भवती महिलाएं, बच्चे नीचे आवश्यक आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए 10 वर्ष की आयु तक के बच्चों को स्वास्थ्य के उद्देश्य के मद्देनजर घर पर रहने की सलाह दी गई है। कोविड -19 प्रबंधन और उपयोग के रूप में सामान्य निवारक उपायों के लिए राष्ट्रीय निर्देश फेस मास्क, बार-बार हाथ धोना और सामाजिक दो गज की दूरी का सभी सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रों में धार्मिक रूप से पालन किया जाएगा।
निर्देशों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करें
सभी संबंधित हितधारकों और आम जनता को इसके लिए आदेश दिया गया है। निर्देशों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करें। भारत सरकार की हिदायतों द्वारा जारी किए गए दिशानिर्देशों का भी पालन गृह मंत्रालय, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के माध्यम से हरियाणा सरकार के द्वारा आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू किए गए हैं।
तहसीलदार और हादसा कमांडर इन निर्देशों को सख्ती से लागू करेंगे
इन आदेशों की पालना पुलिस आयुक्त, आयुक्त नगर निगम, सभी एसडीएम, सभी बीडीपीओ, संबंधित तहसीलदार और हादसा कमांडर इन निर्देशों को सख्ती से लागू करेंगे। इसके खिलाफ उचित कार्रवाई करेंगे। अगर कोई व्यक्ति 51 से 60 आपदा प्रबंधन के अनुसार इन निर्देशों का उल्लंघन करता हुआ पाया जाता है तो अधिनियम 2005 के तहत कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाना सुनिश्चित करें।
