अपराधियों पर चतला कानून का पंजा: अवैध हथियारों सहित शातिर बदमाश चढा पुलिस के हत्थे

सोनीपत में नियुक्त मुख्य सिपाही राजेश कुमार अपनी पुलिस टीम के साथ आॅउटर रोड़ सैक्टर-15 सोनीपत में मौजूद था कि इन्हें सूचना मिली कि शातिर बदमाश प्रवेश उर्फ निक्का किसी अपराधिक घटना को अन्जाम देने की फिराक में घुम रहा है। पुलिस टीम द्वारा अविलम्ब कार्यवाही करते हुये उक्त बदमाश को काबू किया। तलाशी लेने पर इसके कब्जा से एक अवैध देशी पिस्तौल 315 बोर व दो जिन्दा कारतूस मिले।

अनुसंधान टीम द्वारा गिरफ्तार आरोपी से प्रारम्भिक पूछताछ करने पर अपने किये अपराध की स्वीकारोक्ति करते हुये बताया कि इन अवैध हथियारों को यूपी में राह चलते व्यक्ति से तीन हजार रूपये में खरीदकर लाया था। इस पर इससे पहले 11 मामले मुरथल व सोनीपत में दर्ज हैं। जिसमें अप्राकृतिक दुष्कर्म एंव जान से मारने की धमकी देने, घर में घुसकर मारपीट करने, अवैध हथियार रखने, हथियार के बल पर डकैती की घटना में शामिल रहने, हत्या प्रयास करने की घटनाओं में संलिप्त रहा है। गिरफ्तार आरोपी को न्यायालय में पेशकर न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार न्यायिक हिरासत जेल भेज दिया गया है।
