पीएम केयर्स फंड को लेकर उठ रहे विवाद के बीच आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला सुनाया है कि पीएम केयर्स फंड में जमा हुए पैसे को राष्ट्रीय आपदा राहत कोष (NDRF) में ट्रांसफर करने का आदेश देने से सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ मना कर दिया है। पीएम केयर्स फंड के मामले में आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला सुनाया। जस्टिस अशोक भूषण की अध्यक्षता वाली 3 जजों की बेंच ने कहा, ‘पीएम केयर्स फंड का पैसा नेशनल डिजास्टर रेस्पॉन्स फंड (एनडीआरएफ) में ट्रांसफर करने का आदेश हम नहीं दे सकते। ये दोनों फंड अलग-अलग हैं। कोई भी व्यक्ति एनडीआरएफ में दान देना चाहे तो उस पर पाबंदी नहीं लगाई जा सकती है। किसी नई आपदा राहत योजना की भी जरूरत नहीं है।’कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने भी इस फंड पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा था कि इस फंड में दान देने वालों का नाम बताने से प्रधानमंत्री इतना डर क्यों रहे हैं? दरअसल अखबार की क्लिपिंग में दावा किया गया है कि पीएम केयर्स फंड के बारे में दी गई आरटीआई पर जानकारी देने से इनकार कर किया गया है।
राहुल गांधी के इस ट्वीट पर बीजेपी अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा ने भी जवाब दिया है और उन्हें ‘प्रिंस ऑफ इन्कॉम्पिटेंस’ (अक्षमता का राजकुमार) तक बोल दिया। बीजेपी अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा ने पलटवार करते हुए अपना एक बयान जारी किया और ये आरोप लगाया कि राहुल गांधी ने पीएम-केयर्स फंड से संबंधित एक ‘गुमराह करने वाले’ खबर फैलाई जो जनता को ‘गुमराह’ करने की ‘नापाक’ हरकत की। राहुल गांधी पर मनगढ़ंत एवं झूठी ख़बरें फैलाने का आरोप लगाते हुए बीजेपी अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा ने कहा कि राहुल गांधी का करियर केवल और केवल ‘झूठी खबरे’ फैलाने पर ही आधारित है।

जवाब- साल 2019-20 के दौरान इस 3076.62 करोड़ रुपया इकट्ठा हुआ।
2 . सवाल- बीते साल इस फंड में विदेशी करेंसी के जरिए कितना पैसा आया?
जवाब- 39.68 लाख रुपया.
3 . सवाल- पीएम केयर्स फंड का पैसा कहां-कहां खर्च हुआ?
जवाब- 1- 2000 करोड़ रुपए से भारत में बने 50 हजार वेटिंलेटर देश के सरकारी अस्पतालों में बांटे गए।
– 1 हजार करोड़ रुपये प्रवासी मजदूरों पर।
– 100 करोड़ रुपया वैक्सीन बनाने के लिए दिया गया।
