इतनी बार चबाएं खाना
खाना जितने आपके मुँह में दाँत है। उतनी बार ही चबाना है।
समुद्री नमक की जगह सेंधा नमक या काला नमक खाना चाहिए।
यह तेल प्रयोग कीजिये
रीफ़ाइन तेल डालडा ज़हर है। इसकी जगह अपने इलाक़े के अनुसार सरसों तिल मूँगफली या नारियल का तेल उपयोग में लाए। सोयाबीन के कोई भी प्रोडक्ट खाने में ना ले इसके प्रोडक्ट को केवल सुअर पचा सकते है।आदमी में इसके पचाने के एंज़िम नहीं बनते हैं।
भोजन के बाद यह करें
दोपहर के भोजन के बाद कम से कम 30 मिनट आराम करना चाहिए और शाम के भोजन बाद 500 क़दम पैदल चलना चाहिए।
मीठे में यह लें
घर में चीनी (शुगर) का उपयोग नहीं होना चाहिए क्योंकि चीनी को सफ़ेद करने में 17 तरह के ज़हर (केमिकल ) मिलाने पड़ते है। इसकी जगह गुड़ का उपयोग करना चाहिए और आज कल गुड़ बनाने में कॉस्टिक सोडा (ज़हर) मिलाकर गुड को सफ़ेद किया जाता है। इसलिए सफ़ेद गुड़ ना खाए। प्राकृतिक गुड़ ही खाये। प्राकृतिक गुड़ चाकलेट कलर का होता है।
सोते समय आपका सिर पूर्व या दक्षिण की तरफ़ होना चाहिए।
खाना बनाने के बर्तन
घर में कोई भी अलूमिनियम के बर्तन या कुकर नहीं होना चाहिए।हमारे बर्तन मिट्टी पीतल लोहा और कांसा के होने चाहिए।
भोजन का समय
दोपहर का भोजन 11 बजे तक अवश्य और शाम का भोजन सूर्यास्त तक हो जाना चाहिए।
देशी गाय के दूध से
सुबह भोर के समय तक आपको देशी गाय के दूध से बनी छाछ (सेंधा नमक और ज़ीरा बिना भुना हुआ मिलाकर) पीना चाहिए।
