हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने हिन्दी सिनेमा जगत के मशहूर अभिनेता श्री दिलीप कुमार के निधन पर गहरा शोक एवं दु:ख व्यक्त किया है। श्री दिलीप कुमार 98 वर्ष के थे और लम्बे समय से बीमार चल रहे थे। उन्होंने आज मुम्बई के हिंदुजा अस्पताल में अंतिम सांस ली।

आज यहां जारी एक शोक संदेश में मुख्यमंत्री ने श्री दिलीप कुमार को एक बेहतरीन व दिग्गज अभिनेता बताते हुए कहा कि ट्रेजेडी किंग के नाम से मशहूर श्री दिलीप कुमार के निधन से फिल्म जगत में उत्पन्न रिक्ति की भरपाई करना असंभव है। उन्होंने कहा कि अपनी सहज एवं संवेदनशील अदाकारी के लिए मशहूर श्री दिलीप कुमार सदा लोगों के दिलों में बसे रहेंगे।
मशहूर अभिनेता दिलीप कुमार जी का दुनिया से चले जाना अत्यंत दुःखद है और यह फ़िल्म जगत के एक अध्याय की समाप्ति है। सिनेमा जगत में उनके शानदार अभिनय को कभी भुलाया नहीं जा सकता।

उन्होंने कहा कि अपनी शानदार अदाकारी के लिए श्री दिलीप कुमार भारतीय फिल्मों के सर्वोच्च सम्मान दादा साहब फाल्के पुरस्कार से सम्मानित होने के साथ-साथ राज्यसभा के सदस्य भी रहे। उनके शानदार अभिनय को कभी भुलाया नहीं जा सकता। उनका दु:खद निधन फिल्म जगत के साथ-साथ देश के लिए भी एक क्षति है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने शोक संतप्त परिवार के सदस्यों के प्रति अपनी हार्दिक संवेदना व्यक्त की और प्रार्थना की कि परमपिता परमेश्वर दिवंगत आत्मा को अपने चरणों में स्थान दें।
