फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा है कि हरियाणा सरकार ने महामारी अलर्ट-सुरक्षित हरियाणा की अवधारणा पर आगे बढ़ते हुए लोकडाउन 28 जून की सुबह पांच बजे तक बढ़ा दिया है। प्रदेश सरकार ने लोकडाउन बढ़ाने के साथ ही लोगों को कई तरह की छूट दी है।
- 28 जून प्रात: 5 बजे तक रहेगा लोकडाउन
- लोकडाउन बढ़ाने के साथ नागरिकों को दी गई कई तरह की छूट
- लोकडाउन के नियमों का पालन करने का आह्वन
- कहा, थोड़ी सी भी ढिलाई हो सकती है खत्तरनाक
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा है कि हरियाणा सरकार ने महामारी अलर्ट-सुरक्षित हरियाणा की अवधारणा पर आगे बढ़ते हुए लोकडाउन 28 जून की सुबह पांच बजे तक बढ़ा दिया है। प्रदेश सरकार ने लोकडाउन बढ़ाने के साथ ही लोगों को कई तरह की छूट दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि दुकानें सुबह 9 बजे से रात 8 बजे तक खोली जा सकेंगी। सरकार ने निर्धारित दूरी का पालन करते हुए जिम और दर्शकों के बगैर खेल स्टेडियम खोल दिए हैं।
उपायुक्त ने जिलावासियों से आह्वान किया कि वे लोकडाउन के नियमों का पूरी तरह अनुपालन करें। थोड़ी सी भी ढिलाई खतरनाक साबित हो सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा जारी किये गये आदेशों के अनुसार अब 28 जून तक लोकडाउन बढ़ाया गया है। अपने आदेशों में उन्होंने कहा कि सभी दुकानों को सुबह 9 से सायं 8 बजे तक खोलने की अनुमति होगी। सुबह 6 बजे से सायं 8 बजे तक जिम खुल सकेंगे, स्पा बंद रहेंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा जारी किये गये आदेशों के अनुसार सभी दुकानें सुबह 9 बजे से सायं 8 बजे तक खुल सकेंगी। मॉल्स को सुबह 10 बजे से सायं 8 बजे तक खोलने की अनुमति होगी। रेस्टोरेंट एवं बार (होटल एवं मॉल्स में सहित) सुबह 10 बजे से रात्रि 10 बजे तक 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ खोलने की अनुमति होगी तथा इनके संचालकों को सामाजिक दूरी के नियम, नियमित सेनिटाइजेशन एवं कोविड उचित व्यवहार का नियम अपनाना होगा। होटलस, रेस्टोरेंट एवं फास्टफूड केंद्रों से रात्रि 10 बजे तक होम डिलिवरी की अनुमति होगी। एक साथ 50 व्यक्तियों के साथ धार्मिक स्थलों को खोलने की अनुमति होगी। इन स्थलों पर सामाजिक दूरी नियमित सेनेटाइजेशन तथा कोविड उचित व्यवहार की शर्तों का पालन करना होगा। कोर्पोरेट ऑफिस सम्पूर्ण उपस्थिति के साथ खुल सकेंगे। इन्हें भी सामाजिक दूरी, नियमित सेनेटाइजेशन एवं कोविड उचित व्यवहार के नियम की पालना करनी होगी।
कोविड उचित व्यवहार अपनाने के बाद सुबह 6 बजे से रात्रि 8 बजे तक जिम 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ खुल सकेंगे। सभी उत्पादन ईकाइयां, प्रतिष्ठान एवं उद्योगों को कार्य की अनुमति होगी, हालांकि उन्हें कोविड-19 के उचित व्यवहार, हिदायतों आदि का पालन करना होगा। खेल परिसर व स्टेडियम केवल खेल के लिए गतिविधियों, जिनमें बाहरी खेल गतिविधियां भी शामिल है को अनुमति प्रदान की गई है (दर्शकों को अनुमति नहीं होगी)। इन गतिविधियों के दौरान सामाजिक दूरी, खेल परिसर का नियमित सेनिटाइजेशन तथा कोविड उचित व्यवहार का पालन सुनिश्चित करना होगा। स्वीमिंग पुल व स्पा बंद रहेंगे। विवाह /अंतिम संस्कार में 50 व्यक्तियों को अनुमति होगी।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा जारी किये गये आदेशों के अनुसार शादियों/ अंतिम संस्कार में 50 व्यक्तियों के एकत्रित होने की अनुमति होगी। हालांकि शादियां घर एवं न्यायालय के अलावा अन्य स्थानों पर भी की जा सकेंगी। लेकिन बारात प्रदर्शन की अनुमति नहीं होगी। खुले स्थानों पर भी किसी कार्यक्रम के लिए 50 लोगों के शामिल होने की मंजूरी भी राज्य सरकार ने दी है। कार्यक्रमों में कोविड उचित व्यवहार की अनुपालना सुनिश्चित करनी होगी। क्लब हाउसिज, रेस्टोरेंट तथा गोल्फ कोर्सिज के बार्स को 50 प्रतिशत बैठने की क्षमता के साथ प्रात: 10 बजे से लेकर रात 10 बजे तक खोलने की अनुमति दी गई है। लेकिन इसके लिए उन्हें आवश्यक सामाजिक दूरी और अन्य सुरक्षा मानदंडों की पालना सुनिश्चित करनी होगी। प्रबंधन द्वारा सदस्यों अथवा आगंतुकों को गोल्फ कोर्स में खेलने की अनुमति इस तरह प्रदान की जायेगी कि भीड़-भाड न हो।
