प्रदेश भर में पालिकाओं में लंबे अरसे से लीज अथवा किराए धारक हजारों लोगों को कलेक्टर रेट से कम दर पर मालिकाना हक दिलाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय मंत्री अनिल विज तथा निरन्तर प्रयासरत रहे मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन का आभार जताने पहुंचे।

एसएस न्यूज.सोनीपत। प्रदेश भर में पालिकाओं में लंबे अरसे से लीज अथवा किराए धारक हजारों लोगों को कलेक्टर रेट से कम दर पर मालिकाना हक दिलाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय मंत्री अनिल विज तथा निरन्तर प्रयासरत रहे मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन का आभार जताने पहुंचे। प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने उनका आभात जताते हुए कहा कि सालों-साल इस परेशानी का समाधान नहीं हुआ, लेकिन वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता की निरन्तर प्रयास इस कामयाबी का आधार बने।
सोमवार को सेक्टर 15 आवास पहुंचकर कल्याण नगर, बस स्टैंड मार्किट, ओल्ड तहसील मार्किट, गढ़ी घसीटा, जैन बाग कालोनी क्षेत्र से आए दुकानदारों एवं मकान मालिकों के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने भाजपा अल्पसंख्यक मोर्चा के हरियाणा प्रभारी राजीव जैन का आभार जताया। पूर्व पार्षद अशोक शर्मा की अगुवाई में आए नागरिकों का कहना था कि उनकी दशकों से लीज ओर किराया संपत्ति को लेकर संशय लंबे अरसे से चल रहा था।
भाजपा नेता राजीव जैन का कहना है कि कलेक्टर रेट के हिसाब से मकान की कीमत कई कई लाख रुपए बनती है, जो गरीब व्यक्ति जमा नहीं करवा सकता। इसलिए ऐसे मकानों की कीमत कलेक्टर रेट की बजाय कम करवाया गया है। इससे नागरिक मकानों की रजिस्ट्री करवाने के लिए आगे आएंगे और इससे सरकार को भी भारी राजस्व प्राप्त होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि एक जून 2021 से सोनीपत में गढ़ी घसीटा, गढ़ी ब्रह्मणान, देव नगर, कल्याण नगर, श्याम नगर, बत्रा कालोनी समेत एक दर्जन कालोनियों के निवासियों को मकान की रजिस्ट्री के लिए प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाएगी। इ आभार जताने पहुंचे प्रतिनिधिमंडल में राम कुमार शर्मा, दलबीर मलिक, नरेंद्र,अशोक बत्रा , देवेंद्र कुमार, उमेद, कमल बत्रा , सोनू कालरा , दिनेश आर्य, महेन्द्र बत्रा , पुरुषोत्तम गोस्वामी ,अनूप, आनंद , सुरेश, आजाद, राजेंद्र, इंद्रजीत, गोविंद, हिमांशु, सुरेंद्र आदि मौजूद रहे।
