हनुमान चालीसा विवाद: महाराष्ट्र के सांसद-विधायक जोड़ें ने FIR रद्द करने के लिए उच्च न्यायालय का किया रुख

मुंबई/जीजेडी न्यूज: महाराष्ट्र के विधायक नवनीत राणा और उनके पति रवि राणा ने सोमवार को बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया और उनके खिलाफ प्राथमिकी रद्द करने की मांग की। दोपहर 2.30 बजे मामले की सुनवाई होगी। नवनीत राणा और उनके पति को शनिवार को महाराष्ट्र के सीएम उद्धव ठाकरे के आवास के बाहर हनुमान चालीसा का जाप करने की उनकी योजना को लेकर गिरफ्तार किया गया था। रविवार को मुंबई की एक अदालत ने दंपति को 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया।

राणा पर धारा 153A ((धर्म, जाति, जन्म स्थान, निवास, भाषा, आदि के आधार पर विभिन्न समूहों के बीच शत्रुता को बढ़ावा देना और सद्भाव बनाए रखने के लिए प्रतिकूल कार्य करना) और भारतीय दंड संहिता की अन्य धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया था। बॉम्बे पुलिस अधिनियम बाद में, मुंबई पुलिस ने विधायक-दंपति के खिलाफ देशद्रोह का आरोप भी जोड़ा।
एक पुलिस अधिकारी ने कहा था कि पुलिस ने उपनगर खार में उनके आवास पर गिरफ्तारी का विरोध करने और पुलिस की ड्यूटी में बाधा डालने के आरोप में राणा के खिलाफ एक और प्राथमिकी दर्ज की थी।
शनिवार को नवनीत राणा और उनके पति ने मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे के निजी आवास के बाहर हनुमान चालीसा का जाप करने का फैसला किया। इस कदम से शिवसेना कार्यकर्ताओं ने मुंबई के खार में दंपति के आवास के बाहर विरोध प्रदर्शन शुरू कर दिया। बाद में, रवि राणा ने घोषणा की कि प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की मुंबई यात्रा के कारण योजना रद्द कर दी गई थी।
बाद में शाम को पति-पत्नी विधायक जोड़ी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने शिवसेना के नेतृत्व वाली महा विकास अघाड़ी सरकार पर हमला करते हुए राणाओं को अपना समर्थन दिया है।
मैं आश्चर्यचकित हूँ। एक लोकसभा सांसद और एक विधायक जो पति-पत्नी भी हैं, अपने घर में हैं। वे मातोश्री (मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे के आवास) जाना चाहते हैं। अगर मुख्यमंत्री आवास और उसके आसपास सिर्फ धारा 144 लगा दी जाए तो पुलिस उन्हें रोक सकती है. इतना ही नहीं वे अपने घर से बाहर भी नहीं निकले। फिर पुलिस ने उन्हें किस कानून के तहत गिरफ्तार किया? बीजेपी सांसद प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने कहा कि सांसद और विधायक को बिना वजह गिरफ्तार करना गैर कानूनी है।
