अध्यादेशों के माध्यम से किसानों को दबाना चाहती है सरकार : रणबीर शर्मा
सरकार द्वारा लागू किए गए पहले अध्यादेश के तहत केंद्र सरकार ने एपीएमसी एक्ट में बदलाव कर कंपनियां/व्यापारियों को हरियाणा में बनी अनाज मंडियों के बाहर किसानों की फसल खरीदने की छूट दी है जिससे हरियाणा व पंजाब में बना मंडीकरण ढांचा टूट जाएगा।

राष्ट्रीय लोस्वराज पार्टी के अध्यक्ष व हरियाणा के पूर्व आईजी रणबीर सिंह शर्मा ने कहा है कि सरकार द्वारा लाए गए किसान अध्यादेशों के माध्यम से भाजपा किसानों को दबाना चाहती है। इन अध्यादेशों से किसानों का भला होने की बजाए नुकसान होगा। सरकार एमएसपी से पीछा छुडवाकर किसान व आढती के सामाजिक रिश्ते को खत्म करना चाहती है। वे शुक्रवार को बरोदा हलके के गांव चिचराना, बुसाना, अंवाली में ग्रामीणों को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस मौके पर उनके साथ राष्ट्रीय लोकस्वराज पार्टी के बरोदा उम्मीदवार दिनेश बॉक्सर व अन्य गणमान्य जन मौजूद रहे।
हरियाणा व पंजाब में बना मंडीकरण ढांचा टूट जाएगा
रणबीर शर्मा ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा लागू किए गए पहले अध्यादेश के तहत केंद्र सरकार ने एपीएमसी एक्ट में बदलाव कर कंपनियां/व्यापारियों को हरियाणा में बनी अनाज मंडियों के बाहर किसानों की फसल खरीदने की छूट दी है जिससे हरियाणा व पंजाब में बना मंडीकरण ढांचा टूट जाएगा। इससे लाखों की संख्या में मंडियों में काम करने वाले मजदूर, मुनीम, आढतियों की रोजी-रोटी पर गहरा संकट गहरा जाएगा। दूसरे अध्यादेश के तहत सरकार ने आलू, प्याज, दलहन, तिलहन आदि भंडारण पर लगी रोक को हटा लिया है। इससे किसानों को ही नही बल्कि बड़ी कंपनियोंं को ही फायदा होगा और अदानी व अंबानी जैसे पूंजीपति लोग इनका अत्याधिक भंडारण करके इन चीजों की कालाबाजारी करेंगे। तीसरे अध्यादेश के तहत किसान अपनी ही जमीन पर कंपनियों के मजदूर बन जाएंगे और किसानों का अपना वजूद खत्म हो जाएगा।
