किसानों का जश्न : किसानों का विजय मार्च आज, कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ एक साल के लंबे विरोध के बाद घर लौट रहे हैं

नई दिल्ली: संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा (एसकेएम) की घोषणा के अनुसार, प्रदर्शनकारी किसान शनिवार को विजय मार्च निकाल कर अपने घर वापस जाने वाले हैं. प्रदर्शनकारी दिल्ली की सीमाओं पर अपने तंबू उतार रहे हैं क्योंकि वे अपने साल भर के विरोध प्रदर्शन को स्थगित करने की घोषणा के बाद अपने घरों को लौटने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। किसान संघों ने भी स्थानीय लोगों को सम्मानित करने का फैसला किया है, जिन्होंने दिल्ली के सिंघू, टिकरी और गाजीपुर सीमाओं पर किसानों की मदद की, जबकि उन्होंने साल भर के विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान राजमार्गों पर टेंट में रहने वाले चरम मौसम और सीओवीआईडी -19 महामारी का सामना किया।

किसानों के विरोध का नेतृत्व करने वाले एसकेएम ने गुरुवार को लंबे समय से चले आ रहे आंदोलन को स्थगित करने का फैसला किया था, जब केंद्र सरकार तीन विवादास्पद कृषि कानूनों को निरस्त करने के कुछ दिनों बाद केंद्र सरकार की अन्य सभी मांगों पर विचार करने के लिए सहमत हो गई थी।
एसकेएम नेताओं ने घोषणा की थी कि आंदोलन स्थगित कर दिया जाएगा और किसान 11 दिसंबर को विजय मार्च निकाल कर अपने घर वापस जाएंगे। किसान नेता और एसकेएम की अधिकार प्राप्त समिति के सदस्य, शिव कुमार कक्का ने खुलासा किया कि एसकेएम उन स्थानीय लोगों को सम्मानित करेगा जिन्होंने आंदोलन के दौरान निस्वार्थ भाव से किसानों की मदद की और आंदोलन को मजबूत किया।
हमने ऐसे स्थानीय लोगों की सूची बनाने के लिए एक समिति बनाई है ताकि हम उनका सम्मान कर सकें। घर जाने से पहले कल सिंघू बॉर्डर पर उनके सम्मान में समारोह का आयोजन किया जाएगा. हम उन्हें माल्यार्पण करेंगे और शॉल और मिठाई भेंट करेंगे, ”शिव कक्का ने पीटीआई को बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि कुछ स्थानीय निवासी और व्यापारी किसानों के साथ अच्छे दोस्त बन गए और उनका बंधन बरकरार रहेगा।
उन्होंने खुलासा किया कि स्थानीय लोगों ने आंदोलनकारी किसानों की कई तरह से मदद की जैसे पानी, बिजली, आश्रय, सभाओं के लिए जगह, तंबू और भोजन आदि उपलब्ध कराना। इसलिए हमने उन्हें धन्यवाद और सम्मान देने का फैसला किया है। इसी तरह का समारोह दिल्ली के अन्य सीमावर्ती बिंदुओं पर भी आयोजित होने की संभावना है।
एसकेएम के सदस्य सुदेश गोयत ने यह भी कहा कि टिकरी सीमा पर केएमपी (कुंडली-मानेसर-पलवल) पेरिफेरल एक्सप्रेसवे के पास स्थानीय लोगों को सम्मानित करने के लिए एक समारोह की योजना बनाई गई है, जिन्होंने अपने विरोध के दौरान किसानों की मदद की।
उन्होंने कहा, “हम उनके माथे पर तिलक लगाएंगे और शनिवार को उन्हें मिठाई और शॉल भेंट करेंगे। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि स्थानीय लोगों ने किसानों की मदद की जब सरकार उन्हें तोड़ने पर तुली हुई थी। “जब सरकार द्वारा हमारी बिजली और पानी की आपूर्ति काट दी गई, तो स्थानीय लोगों ने हमें अपने घरों से बिजली और पानी दिया। उन्होंने हर तरह से हमारी मदद की और इसी तरह हमने लड़ाई जीती। अब इन लोगों के प्रति अपनी कृतज्ञता दिखाने का समय आ गया है। हम घर वापस जाने से पहले टिकरी सीमा के पास के गांवों और कस्बों के लोगों का सम्मान करेंगे।
पीटीआई ने भारतीय किसान यूनियन एकता (उग्रहन) के एक नेता के हवाले से बताया कि किसान नेता भी टिकरी सीमा धरना स्थल के पास स्थित गांवों का दौरा कर रहे हैं और आंदोलन का समर्थन करने वाले लोगों का शुक्रिया अदा कर रहे हैं। हम विरोध स्थलों के आसपास स्थित गांवों और कस्बों के निवासियों के योगदान को नहीं भूल सकते। हमने उनसे मुलाकात की और पूरे आंदोलन में हमारा समर्थन करने के लिए उन्हें धन्यवाद देने के लिए मिठाई की पेशकश की।
पंजाब, हरियाणा और उत्तर प्रदेश के हजारों किसान पिछले साल 26 नवंबर से राष्ट्रीय राजधानी की सीमाओं पर तीन विवादास्पद कृषि कानूनों को रद्द करने की मांग को लेकर विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे। किसानों की मुख्य मांगों में से एक, कानूनों को निरस्त करने के लिए 29 नवंबर को संसद में एक विधेयक पारित किया गया था। हालांकि, किसानों ने अपना विरोध समाप्त करने से इनकार कर दिया, यह मांग करते हुए कि केंद्र उनकी अन्य मांगों को पूरा करे जिसमें न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) के लिए कानूनी गारंटी और किसानों के खिलाफ मामलों को वापस लेना शामिल है।
