सीएमजीजीए के परियोजना निदेशक डॉ. राकेश गुप्ता ने कहा कि ई-ऑफिस लागू करने का उद्देश्य प्रशासन के सभी विभागों में पेपर रहित कार्य व समयबद्ध कार्यशैली को लागू करना है। ऐसे में सभी विभाग ई-ऑफिस का प्रयोग करें। फरीदाबाद जिले ने इस दिशा में अब तक बेहतरीन कार्य किया है और अधिकतर कार्यालयों को ई-ऑफिस से जोड़ दिया है। वह शुक्रवार को वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के माध्यम से हरियाणा सरकार की विभिन्न फ्लैगशिप योजनाओं की समीक्षा कर रहे थे। वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस में एडीसी सतबीर मान ने जिला फरीदाबाद में चल रही अंत्योदय सरल केंद्र व ई-ऑफिस सिस्टम की गतिविधियों के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।
ई-ऑफिस से आएगी पारदर्शिता: एम्पलॉई मास्टर डिटेल और फाइल हैड तुरंत प्रभाव से करवायें तैयार: नगराधीश
डॉ. गुप्ता ने वीसी में निर्देश दिए कि सभी अपने कार्यालय में ई-ऑफिस प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से ही फाइल प्रक्रिया को अपनाएं। किसी भी रूप से इस सिस्टम में ढिलाई न बरती जाए और जिला स्तर पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से मास्टर ट्रेनर द्वारा विभागीय कर्मचारियों को पूर्ण रूप से प्रशिक्षण दिया जाए।

सीएमजीजीए के परियोजना निदेशक डॉ. राकेश गुप्ता ने कहा कि लोगों की शिकायतों व समस्याओं के निराकरण के लिए हरियाणा सरकार की ओर से शुरू की गई सीएम-विंडो सिस्टम योजना में भी फरीदाबाद जिला प्रशासन सराहनीय कार्य कर रहा है। उन्होंने फरीदाबाद जिला के सीएम विंडो सिस्टम को प्रभावी ढंग से जरूरतमंद लोगों के समाधान में निरंतरता बनाए रखने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सीएम विंडो सिस्टम लोगों को जल्द व बेहतर तरीके से समाधान करने की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना है जिसे मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल स्वयं मॉनिटर कर रहे हैं। वहीं अंत्योदय सरल केंद्र के माध्यम से भी सरकार की योजनाओं को जरूरतमंद लोगों तक प्रभावी तरीके से पहुंचाने में भी फरीदाबाद जिला प्रशासन की कार्यशैली की उन्होंने सराहना की।
वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस में सीटीएम राकेश कुमार, सीएमजीजीए रूपाला सक्सेना, डीआईओ मुनीष गुप्ता, एडीआईओ विपिन गोयल भी मौजूद थे।
